That was not the end of it, always striving to do better we think that we have found a process that will not only speed up the process but speed up communication with the host and make some things easier for the host as well. One option for us is to use the impressive suite of Cloud systems offered by Google, in particular Sheets and Forms. While we tie up a few loose ends we'd like to confirm that everyone has a google account, and if you don't could you please acquire one! Google accounts are free to set up -> http://www.gmail.com If you have any questions please holler!
