Its not a Beyonce situation were she lied about writing the whole thing she's said from the start the song was basically done when she got it.

I thought it was totally spell-binding. Of course the final 30 seconds or so were manic but it was pure emotion on display so understandable. Gutted she didn't win, but even to be nominated is enough I think!

Oh COME ON. The song isn't that good and the performance was nothing without the final 30 seconds or so.
I'm not saying Sam Smith should have won, but Gaga didn't deserve it either. Absolute horrible category this year.
