'On a Night Like This' is one of my very favourites so naturally it takes the win for me here. I too don't really consider it a cover though.
From the rest, I think 'Santa Baby' is Kylie's best rendition of a song that was already popular. She nails the sexiness of the song and brings her own charm. I definitely think it's become the definitive version. Of course, 'The Loco-motion' is very well associated with Kylie too. It's a fun song and I like how Kylie's changed it up over the years, the best probably the recent mash-up with 'Bad Girls'! I've always loved the loco motion but I havnt enjoyed some of the versions of it over the years such as the slow version and the swing versions, I actually dont like them at all. I like when she performs the fast version like she has done so over the last year or two. Santa baby, I love that it charts for her now after years of having that awful number 76 peak and it's slowly climbing to be among her best sellers which is disappointing as she has so many better songs worthy of the sales.

Santa Baby re-peaking so many years later was hugely welcoming as it came close to having top 75 status a few times before it eventually got there.
It was wonderful to then see the song go one step further and achieve Top 40 status. |

I was happy it went top 40, I like kylie getting chart action and Santa baby has got plenty of that the last few years.

I voted for 'Santa Baby' because it's a solid cover and a Christmas staple for me. I'm not sure I really accept OANLT as a cover.
