Hyped for this, I'm not expecting my song to get top 5 this time at all but would be hopeful for top 10 as I felt it definitely stood out enough.

I had sooooooo much fun this time trying to find out some dubstep gems! some tracks already took their places in my Deezer playlist. there was only one track that could get a 'meh' from me, only because sometimes I'm very picky i had to lose all leftovers of the internet traffic (cuz unfortunately I have no wifi this month) for getting acquainted with tracks, and I think it was worth it.
Can't wait for the results!
I expect my Wonder of the World to land higher than in previous Club Bizarre for some reason.

I know I wasn't the first to vote so I wonder what order this is being revealed in

The spelling error in the title of my song is unfortunate ~ still a choon tho. Interesting to find out that you knew it already Mattias! I've heard the rest of the EP as well a while back but 'Fuschia' was the only track that really grabbed me iirc.

Also I know a couple of people said on plug that it went on too long / didn't go anywhere, there is a shorter version with a music video but I always find that ends too quickly

Ooh a very quick reveal *.* I discovered 'Le Yare' at the same time as the Jadakissnian Arabic trap smash 'Waqqaberry' in BJSC nearly two years ago, glad I finally got to unleash it somewhere! Was a shame to see it getting 2 mehs on plug but hopefully it stood out enough to do okay here.

The second edition of Club Bizarre in a row that me and Jade have been next to each other in the running order (obviously a coincidence as it's just how the artists fell alphabetically, what are the odds x)

I was actually fairly sure Jade's would turn out to be Gemini but Cris Taylor is even better *.* and does make a lot of sense now. Yay for getting me off 0 ~ (there is never any conferring between us in these things I promise, I am constantly thinking I'm about to lose my streak of receiving points from Jade with my various anonymous contest flops xx)

Addy's entry only just missed out on my top 10, would have liked to squeeze it in!

Oh thanks so much for boosting me back into the top 10 Rush! would've been annoying to have been there for most of the contest and then drop out right at the end. I think that's my third Club Bizarre top 10 then *.* and the second time I've scraped in there at the last minute haha.

Looks like I managed to escape bottom 5 which I wanted! Unfortunately it’s my lowest Club Bizarre placing and close to my lowest score so it’s kinda bittersweet. Man am I glad I went for Varien!

Definitely looking forward to redeeming myself next round!

I don’t actually get Progressive House as a genre at all so I’m not sure on that one really. I quite like the idea of no theme, just good solid (not cheap) dance tracks.

Congrats Jeff! I must admit I wish I'd given that more now as it really was quite the epic and I'm not sure why I didn't warm to it the first time, I guess I have to be in the right mood for screamo I am just a tiny bit sad for Bassnectar and Au5 though as they are both amazing, but it's not like I could've done much in the end! Very pleased with 4th for myself, the way I revealed it put me as 2nd but actually I was as low down as 10th for some of that voting and Addy's last minute votes got me back up! (Can we just at me getting almost 90% of my points in the first ten voters revealed here and then 10 since :'))

Thanks all for commenting and taking part and thanks in particular to lewis and Dan for the help behind the scenes, I'm glad you all enjoyed this and I look forward to whatever is next, this was quite the task but I'm very glad I (finally) got to host one of these contests (taught me a lot more about statues as well~)

Excision running away with the last 3 votes *.* what a result. Aw at Soulfy just missing top 3 on a tiebreak in the end there but Dexton's was a goodun too and it's nice to see him getting a medal position in a contest for the first time so no complaints really! Yay for Gemini and GameFace doing pretty well in the end too and Cris Taylor ending up in the top 10 ~ and Dark0 giving me my second best result to date, not bad when I was half expecting to come last again! I'll get that second top 10 hit one day...

I think it'd be nice if the next theme is not a genre this time - I suggested an instrumentals theme on plug. A strings round would be awesome as well though. Or just a free-for-all round as a few have suggested.

I'm not too surprised I was bottom I am glad people liked it but probably my least favourite entry I've sent so far oops. I like it but eh I've enjoyed it a lot less than my other songs. I didn't take the replacement song seriously at all and I don't regret that.

Congrats BridgeCow, I didn't enjoy it as much but well done anyway great. Also great hosting chez. Love the effort gone into it!

I read the whole thread and I honestly still don't know what the reveal order was based on, as I wasn't the last alphabetically by statue, username, artist or title, nor was I the last to vote

Poor Caspa placing so low, but (though I've been a fan of it for a good 4 years) it was a backup backup choice at least. The first song I submitted (which I wasn't really surprised to see vetoed) was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysNolli7iGg; can't be sure if it would've been popular, but I think it would've been among the most memorable ones at least (something I've tried to go for, but not done very well at). The second song I submitted - after thinking it would be ineligible for collaborator Illenium having been in BJSC - was Excision himself with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X90JzNNXFuY. I had both it and 'Wake Up' on my shortlist but thought 'Gold (Stupid Love)' was the better choice (and my favourite, but I'm reconsidering that); I can safely guess I was wrong. When I was told 'Gold (Stupid Love)' was denied for one of the artists already being in, I thought it was most likely Illenium and considered 'Wake Up' as my 3rd choice but ultimately went for Caspa. No thanks to that "Rush" person for being one of the few fans of 'Captain Jack Sparrow' and pushing me back down Ironic how my infamous High Contrast song got me to #6 while my other 2, perfectly well-suited (?) entries both made #19; clearly the key to the top 5 would be intentionally looking for the biggest stretch I can get away with

A well deserving win Bridge! This contest was full of great songs tbh so I had literally no idea what could’ve come out on top - others might not be as smitten by this but dubstep (and I guess trap to a much much lesser extent now that every artist is apparently using it) has a special place in my heart
