The other thread was getting a little messy, these are the ones that I could see that we had definitely decided in favour of:

- The BJSC moderators may veto any entries that they deem to be of a 'poor' standard.
- Once an artist has been used 3 times there is a mandatory 20 contest wait before they may return.
- Once an artist has made 5 appearances they are permanently banned from being entered into BJSC.
- Failure to vote in a final automatically incurs a two contest ban and a 66% deduction.
- Failure to vote in both the semi-final and final will result in a 3 contest ban, 66% deduction and a 25% deduction on your next entry.
- If a country has their entry vetoed they will be unable to submit a replacement and will have to miss the contest.
- Countries may not host back-to-back editions of BJSC.
- In the event of the above the BJSC mods will invite pitches from nations that have yet to host BJSC and award the contest to the most deserving nation.
- Failure to produce the confirmation list in a prompt and timely manner will lead to the BJSC moderators running confirmation at your next contest.
- If a deadline is moved back any nations casting their votes after the original deadline must suffer a 25% deduction.
- If a host is found to have leaked any details about confirmed songs or nations they are to be banned from hosting permanently (Applies retroactively).
- If a nation is found to have leaked their confirmation they will receive a 2 contest ban (Applies retroactively).
- The mods reserve the right to disqualify a song mid-contest if it is deemed to fall foul to the veto rules after confirmation has closed and before the final has been open for longer than 24 hours.
- The mods reserve the right to bar a winner from hosting if they feel it is in the best interests of the contest.

I don't think I missed any. laugh.gif Certainly looks like the full set anyway.

It obviously needs to be formatted a bit better with bold and underlining and shit but does that look OK to everyone? I know we're all massively busy right now with Uni work/Jobs/Interviews/REEL LIFE etc but if we can agree on this pretty quickly we'll be able to let the masses know asap so that it can be applied for LIII.

Oooh these are pretty strict now! I like the rules about hosting and that it gives some other posters the chance to host a contest (as lovely as Leww's, Dandy's and Tom's contests are).

I'm not claiming to not have sent cheap entries, yet you continue to cry about it. You sent Samantha Jade two contests ago!

These rules would highly effect you more than myself. God knows how many entries have been vetoed when you send them. Plus I didn't deny that Samantha Jade is uninspired either, whereas you up to present state your only cheap entry is Girls' Generation and not Alexandra Stan because she "isn't considered cheap in your own eyes".
