The track is clearly resonating with the R1's demographic because I very much doubt old grandma's are streaming it and keeping it in Top 10 on Spotify. 'Shallow' doesn't need R1 support anyway, the song is doing really well. R1 will probably put Gaga back on the playlist when she next does a Pop era.
