APPRECIATE STEPS!!! They were awesome and still are and produced Lisa Scott-Lee who had a mega selling single called Electric some of you may remember

I hated them. Even when those sort of manufactured pop bands were everywhere, they were one of the worst.
They were just too cheesy and plastic. Not to mention they were nearly as bad as Westlife for cover versions. |

Loved them.
Camp cheesy pop at its best.  Oh and speaking of the mega-selling single 'Electric' its not so mega selling now as Woolworths in Swansea have it in their bargain bin for £1.99

'camp cheesy pop at its best'... I think you're thinking of ABBA and Bananarama... not Steps, mate. Although, I do remember visiting the worst club I've ever been in my life in Swansea... and it seems the DJ only had SClub7 and Steps records, bless him.

bought most of their singles n their second album my fave would have to be Heartbeat or Since You Took Your Love Away or even Loves Gotta Hold On My Heart woo!
