I saw that Santa guy after the show ended laugh.gif

My third and final ( cry.gif ) time in Birmingham on the 18th was another fantastic show! wub.gif

In Manchester I was in one of the back tiers, and in Nottingham I was at the barrier at the front of the seated flooring, while in Birmingham I was half way back on the seated floor. Three very different views, and I enjoyed Birmingham's view because I could see the girls well, as well as the staging as a whole!

I think the energy of the crowd in Birmingham was the best of the 3 shows I went to! I think the only dip in energy came with Graffiti My Soul, but everything else, even the other two album tracks, seemed to get a really good response. It felt like the audience particularly went wild for the run of Jump - Call the Shots - Something Kinda Ooooh - The Promise.

On the Metro performance comes across to me as if it was one of their biggest smash hit singles. It's just incredible!!

After this third show, a lot of the song mixes have really got lodged in my head, I feel very familiar with them now. I truly hope it gets a DVD/Blu-Ray, and a CD!

All in all it's been a very special tour, a dream come true to see Girls Aloud again heart.gif I'm so glad that I got to experience it 3 times. Of course it's still so sad that it's without Sarah - though it really does feel like she's a huge part of the show - every moment that incorporates her is so touching, and tastefully done. wub.gif Speaking of Sarah - this wasn't at my show, but the night afterwards - Cheryl explained that Shakira - Waka Waka is played before the girls come on stage because it was Sarah's favourite song. heart.gif

P.S. I had wanted to try and get a signed print from Birmingham, after seeing that it was the red/pink dresses picture, but sadly it had sold out by the time I arrived. cry.gif Which is probably for the best because I did get the signed print from Nottingham and maybe it wouldn't have been sensible to spend another £50! laugh.gif I actually really do like the black dresses picture a lot, so I'm very happy to own that - I'll get it framed soon!

It was about 8:15pm! I think the arena opened at 6pm or 6:30pm, so I was pretty late. Although in Nottingham I managed to get one at 8:30pm and it seemed there were quite a few left! ohmy.gif

I'll be arriving a bit earlier than that so hopefully I can secure one. It would mean the world. heart.gif
