I missed this last night but reading the comments was enjoyable.
Especially shocked at the Lily Allen vibes some of you got off fake smile I must listen to that to try and work that out as I’ve never heard or thought that! I’d say this is a strong album of like 9 very good tracks, 2 meh tracks and then there’s bad idea. I’d say bad idea, make up and break up with ur gf are the least essential tracks here. Totally get why she released break up with ur gf as a single though as it’s fun and perhaps the most carefree non personal song on the album so she could just have fun with it and not have bad memories going through her head whilst she’s performing it the way she would something like ghostin or fake smile. |
