Couldn't see a thread for this... Anyway, it's his debut album and it's greattt. Definitely check it out if you like Drake/The Weeknd/Kendrick. 502 Come Up is absolute fire especially. One of the songs of the year for sure. |

Listened to this album earlier today. Pleasantly surprised! Had no idea what to expect, but really like it.
'Don't' is great & of course 'Exchange' too! |

Listened to this a few weeks ago, but not sure I'll ever return to it much. I like "Don't" (esp. when it interpolates Mariah's "Shake It Off" *.*) and I think I'll just stick to that; the rest felt kind of samey to me.

I considered "Don't" for BJSC at one point so I should probably get to listening to the rest of the album

Don't buy many albums, but seriously considering getting this...
Never has an album title so accurately reflected the genre of an album too. The trap-soul sound is popular right now with artists such as Bryson Tiller and others including Tory Lanez and PARTYNEXTDOOR. Clear influences from Drake and The Weeknd I think. Don't has been the smash single so far. Very good and already a top 20 hit in America. Sorry Not Sorry already has a video so that may be pushed soon, especially with the Timbaland production. Exchange is the potentially huge one though - very similar to 'Take Care' and already being talked about lots. Also my personal favourite from the album! |

Listening to this, its really good.
All of his songs are like a slightly improved version of a Tyga and Chris Brown collab. |

"Lord please save her for me, Do this one favour for me..."
This line from 'Exchange' has really connected with people. Personally, the whole first verse feels so powerful for me. |

finally got round to listening to this around three months after i said i would
this is such a massively assured debut, brimming with confidence and intent at every turn. hard for me to pick favourites at this stage but maybe 'exchange' and '502 come up' stand out the most? i have a feeling i am going to be returning to this regularly though and will be getting new and different things from all the tracks at some stage. |

Think they're shooting the video for Exchange... logical choice for second single (and the best on the album).
