38 Peter Murphy – All Night Long
39 Broken Bells – The High Road

Both Hollywood & Not In Love are in my Top 10 & most of your Top 10 is in my Top 40.
I thought Sky would've been Top 2, it seemed the song was Top 10 forever.
And no I Am Not A Robot?! With it being a #2 song, I thought it would've made cut.
I'm actually shocked to see Rihanna is the artist with the most entries at 3!
Great End of Year chart for 2010.

Hi Martin biggrin.gif

01 Eminem feat. Rihanna – Love The Way You Lie

Yay!!! biggrin.gif We share the same end of year no. 1 single but 'Love The Way You Lie' has definitely been one of 2010's musical highlights imo. Deserved #1.

02 Alicia Keys – Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart

All along I didn't know which track I preferred more; 'Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart' or 'Fallin' (which would've definitely been a #1 had I compiled a personal chart back in 2001). I conclude that both are equally excellent and I really can't say one is better than the other. For me, these are by far Alicia's best two singles.

03 Kylie Minogue – All The Lovers

Kylie is non YTD #1 shocker? ohmy.gif Considering you have a Kylie avatar, it seemed like 'All The Lovers' had your end of 2010 #1 in the bag. ohmy.gif More weeks at #1 than 'LTWYL'. Much better chart run - I guess your chart proves that a slow burner can ultimately become your favourite song of the year.

04 Sky Ferreira – One

I guess it's typical of Buzzjack that everyone was bumming this song so badly upon its UK release...and ultimate flop. It scraped into my chart at #37. I genuinely don't know what's so good about this song!!! laugh.gif

05 Clare Maguire – Ain’t Nobody

One of 2011's highlights? This was a good little taster for what Clare Maguire might released this year. This song didn't have as big an impact as your chart peaking at #18 for me.

06 The Naked & Famous – Young Blood

Like 'One', here's another track that Buzzjack loved to bits but I didn't quite get the fuss whatsoever. I discovered the track via Unknown Pleasures 1 where I even gave the track 8 points - but that was purely by default as I regarded Unknown Pleasures 3 as the strongest contest.

07 Marina & The Diamonds – Hollywood

Ahh, this is more like it. biggrin.gif 'Hollywood' did brilliantly in my chart even though it peaked at #2. Just a shame this didn't capture the imagination of the Grate British public at the start of 2010.

08 Bruno Mars – Just The Way You Are

Three words; Modern. Day. Classic.

09 Crystal Castles feat. Robert Smith – Not In Love

Currently #1 in my chart but hadn't spent enough time on the chart to finish inside my Chart of 2010. However, if the track continues to stick around well into 2011, there's a good chance we'll see 'Not In Love' in my Chart of 2011.

10 Eliza Doolittle – Pack Up

Whilst it may have been beaten to #1 by 'We No Speak Americao' in my chart, I still adore this song. I was glad it ended up at #10 in my Chart of 2010. Another one this years highlights from a British artist. Safly I doubt Eliza will enjoy anymore big hits like this. Unless she reissues her album with a cracking new track.

Best of the rest (top 5 smash hits):

12 Cee-Lo Green – f*** You wub.gif
14 I Blame Coco feat. Robyn – Caesar
17 Katie Melua – The Flood
19 Mumford & Sons – The Cave
21 Kylie Minogue – Get Outta My Way
23 B.O.B. feat Hayley Williams – Airplanes
26 Kings Of Leon – Radioactive
28 Katy Perry – American Gurls?? heehee.gif
33 Rihanna – Only Girl (In The World) wub.gif
40 Paula Seling feat. Ovi – Playing With Fire

Great End of Year chart for 2010.

Considering I'm not a fan of Rihanna, she really made her mark in 2010 with her best work to date.
The Blues just missed the top 10 by a whisker, Pack Up is just one Pop track that never gets old, its different from any other music around its got that 50s/60s throwback to it, which I really like.
The top 6 was very hard in the end as all 6 tracks were long stayers in the chart of 2010, I did have Alicia at #1 at one stage, but for some reason Eminem had the edge, as in time the track can still be heard in 10 years time.

The above 6 tracks were long stayers in my chart Clare Maguire at present is still in it, so it was a combination of 1 of those acts to literally bag the #1 in the end. The funny story with the Eminem & Rihanna track, at first I just literally didn't like it, but in the end it just grew and grew on every listen and it just fallen out of the chart quite recent. I remember saying to you Alicia could be a strong contender for the #1 single of the year, in the end Eminem/Rihanna just overhelmed Alicia.
The reason Sky did well its because I used the track for BJSC, and it was something different at the time, I grew to like it, and spend a huge time in the top 10, never got bored with it.
And Clare she is just amazing and hopefully she be one of 2011's highlights.
I've already took a shine to her new track on iTunes heart.gif

I was right biggrin.gif Excellent #1, glad ATL isn't #1 because it's nothing special. And don't worry, I managed to watch Kylie on Jools Holland.

With new Kylie this year I'm not so sure, but I think I'm expecting LTWYL to be #1.
