That is a very valid point and it would be fair to say it suggests the promotional campaign of the album is working when singles and the album start to perform better and better, strong material and good single choices are also a must but we know the boxes are well ticked in that department.

True Love is the next single though.....
(its growing on me, but thats not the point, still a major mistake to release it)

I cant believe it is her lowest selling single of the album so far, it is a brilliant track.

It should have been released a year ago. Waiting 2 more months cost it some sales I think.

I've recently rediscovered my love for this track and remember how instant it was when I heard it for the first time September/October 2012. One of her best wub.gif

I'm even more outraged it's only certified silver in the UK? HOW? ohmy.gif I remember it being everywhere at the end of 2012!

Almost 10 years exactly since this was announced and I’m very much in the same place I was back then.

I was coming to the end of a 9 month stint working in my first school and it was such a horrible place I couldn’t wait to get out. When this premiered the lyrics about letting go of a toxic relationship just got with me and my job at the time. In fact, today is the day I got my next and current teaching job exactly 10 years ago.

I’m moving to a new school after 10 years in September and am currently working my notice and despite having had a wonderful decade overall, I’m desperate to get out because of the actions of one of two individual staff members over the course of the last 6 months. Basically I ended up ill in hospital this week which I think was largely down to the mental strain.

So basically I’m back to seeing my job as toxic, knowing it’s ending and just wanting to let go-again!

What a corker of a song though! Almost the 10th anniversary of TTAL, perhaps we need a new rate or something?

I hope your work situation improves, no one should have to experience mental strain due to the actions of a work colleague, hopefully your next job has no toxic environment and best of luck with it.
As for blow me one last kiss I've always loved it and still do and it's one of my fave Pink songs.

I remember this being announced/released and i was also going through a toxic time at work and the song just fits perfectly to situations like those.

I hope your work situation improves, and i'm glad you are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. I don't understand why anyone would want to make someones work life difficult, what do they get out of it. Its been almost 3 years since I left my toxic workplace and i still struggle with it, flashbacks and find it difficult to trust & believe that good things are happening etc. But thanks to what happened i'm now a firm believer that things happen for a reason heart.gif

As for a rate for TTAL, absolutely! However I dont think i will have time to host it. I'm currently in the middle of moving house and dont have a lot of spare time.

I might host it once the Summer holidays kick in!

Yeah I know what you mean, when I got the job offer for my new job, I had to keep convincing myself it was a dream because I just couldn’t believe people were impressed with me after I’d been made to feel the way I had. What sucks in teaching is that you have to keep working until the end of the school year (or at least a term) so even thought I accepted the new job offer on March 30th, I’ve been having to push through in my current place. Less than four weeks to go now though!

Fair play for pushing through and seeing it out until the end of the term which im sure isn't easy but the end is in sight and hopefully the last time you have to experience this type of behavior from any work colleague.
