This year's Record Store Day (April 21st) will see two rare Madonna releases made available worldwide:



Madonna: The First Album
Format: 1 x ???g 12" picture disc w/ obi strip
Label: Rhino Warner
More Info: Replica of - MADONNA The First Album (Rare 1983 Japanese 8-track Picture Disc LP, complete with the original lilac card insert, fold-out page Japanese biography / lyric insert & clear PVC outer with the pink heart-shaped obi-sticker.



You Can Dance
Format: 1 x 140g 12" Red translucent vinyl 7 track EP
Label: Rhino Warner

On the midweeks, her debut album is #43 and You Can Dance is #53.

Really? ohmy.gif That's a lot considering her Record Store Day releases usually sell a similar amount each year. Why so many, I wonder?

Her debut is now #69 and You Can Dance is #93 - the latter will likely fall out of the Top 100, but both will have charted for the first time since 1995.
