really weird he's releasing something new so quick after IDC
maybe cos of its underperformance in the US? (it debuts at 2, #1 on pure sales but with average sales of 77K, Sucker did 80K by comparison, and IDC "only" starts at 3 on streams)

Another certain top 5 then but not too certain of a #1 debut.

I Don’t Care is still taking off after all and it’s unlikely it’ll be someone who streams as well as Bieber who’s featuring.
