Just over two weeks to go
 I’m really holding out hope that I’m a fan of this. Both P!nk and Madonna released strong albums this year despite me not loving anything from them pre release. I’m feeling maybe this is the same... like she’s saving the best for the album. |

I can’t see her missing #1 here unless someone else big surprise drops something.
But I can’t see that happening tbh because she’d definitely beat them in the US. It’ll easily get the biggest sales of the year so far there. |

If she gets the UK #1 will she break a record?
To my knowledge no females have had four UK #1 albums this decade A few have 3 (like Ariana springs to mind, Gaga including ASIB, Florence as lungs didn’t go to #1 till 2010) But Taylor has 3 so far Red 1989 Reputation So would she have her own little record if she gets there with Lover? It's weird seeing a pop album where the pre-release singles at the end of the album.
I've not actually listened to a Taylor album in full, I don't think. I'll be giving this one a listen though. |

I've definitely not heard it as a complete album as obviously it wasn't on Spotify for ages, but I could be at least familiar with all the tracks. I think I may have listened to 30 second clips of all the songs or something. Definitely heard all the singles and I've heard Welcome to New York and Stay in full, so that's pretty much the majority of the album anyway! Definitely need to have a sit down and listen to the album in its entirety as what I have heard is brilliant pop purity.

Seeing rumours there's no Max on the album + Frank Dukes/Louis Bell (without me, Post Malone's whole career basically, Camila's album, basically most hits of the past couple of years etc) have produced some songs
I'm kinda hoping we get 1 or 2 Max songs haha

also i'm kinda shocked how little collabs were looking to get in the end
(I've seen rumours there was another one but Taylor scrapped it as her and the artist supposedly aren't on good terms anymore, wonder if it's Drake as he's been heavily rumoured haha)
