Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande Rain On Me 2nd single from Chromatica Released: 22nd May 2020 Label: Interscope Records Chart Statistics NE (04/06/2020) | 1-2-2-2-2-3-3-4-4-21-22-27-32-37 Sales: 500k+ Certification: Gold Status: Accelerated Chart Ratio 01 Sales 02 Audio Streaming 01 Video Streaming Video Biography Lady Gaga Some may dismiss pop as inauthentic. But for Lady Gaga—one of popular culture’s greatest, most extravagant creations—the inauthenticity is the point. No artist has more defiantly embodied that provocation this century than the one born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (in New York in 1986). Never wedded to the same image—one minute wearing a dress made of raw meat at the MTV VMAs, the next a coat of Kermit the Frog puppets on German TV—Gaga personifies pop’s surface obsessions while simultaneously upending them. In a sense, her creative identity had crystallized by age 21, having been a child pianist, aspiring actor, and burlesque performer. Each of these facets powered her career’s most distinct parts: the celebrity fascination of her first two albums, 2008’s The Fame and 2009’s The Fame Monster; the subversive layering of 2011’s Born This Way and 2013’s ARTPOP; the sincere reverence of 2014’s Cheek to Cheek, her jazz standards album with Tony Bennett; and the rootsier songwriting of 2016’s Joanne. If 2009’s “Paparazzi” reveled in the flashes, then “Born This Way” celebrated inner light: In translating her diffuse identity into world-conquering art, Gaga has become a beacon to anyone else who’s felt like an outsider. Her loyal following—a.k.a. Little Monsters—has affirmed a deep connection to her message of self-love and self-expression, despite pop’s fickleness and her chameleonic exterior. She played out a simpler version of her path to fame in the 2018 remake of A Star Is Born: But while her character’s ascent was abetted by her lover, Gaga’s was all her own. - iTunes Ariana Grande Armed with a mesmerizing, nimble soprano—and a vocal register often likened to Mariah Carey’s and Christina Aguilera’s—Ariana Grande began her career as a child star on Broadway and Nickelodeon before transforming into a pop and R&B powerhouse. Instantly recognizable thanks to her signature ponytail, cat ears, babydoll dresses, and breezy self-confidence, her slyly sexual personal brand has, like that of the Spice Girls before her, become an iconic image of young female power. But Grande is more than a symbol: Over the course of several albums and scores of hit singles—beginning with 2013’s “The Way” (featuring Mac Miler) through The Weeknd-assisted “Love Me Harder” and “Break Free” (featuring Zedd)—she has consistently outshined her male collaborators and deftly parlayed her stardom into activism. An LGBTQ advocate and outspoken feminist (“I’m tired of living in a world where women are mostly referred to as a man’s past, present, or future PROPERTY,” she tweeted in 2016), she uses her platform to confront issues like misogyny, sexism, homophobia, and bullying, spreading a message of love over all. Nowhere was this more clear than in May 2017: After terrorists attacked her concert in Manchester, England, killing 22 and injuring hundreds, Grande continued her tour. "Perspective changes your life,” she told Beats 1’s Ebro Darden. "You want to stay in the moment and try not to give into fear, because obviously the whole point of finishing the tour was being there for my fans. You want to set the same example and keep going.” And that she did: Her Max Martin-produced smash “No Tears Left to Cry,” an escapist dance-floor triumph released a year after the attack, sends a message of hope and healing, with a dose of hear-me-roar attitude. - iTunes Top 100 Chart History Lady Gaga 2009 01 Just Dance (feat. Clean Bandit and Mabel featuring 24kGoldn Tick Tock 1st single from third studio album Released: 21st August 2020 Label: Warner Music NE (03/09/2020) | 36 Sales: - Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio TBA Sales TBA Audio Streaming TBA Video Streaming Video Biography Clean Bandit British dance group Clean Bandit found crossover success by weaving classical music with dance-pop for a beat-driven yet refined sound -- often delivered with high-profile guest vocalists. After scoring their first hit with the multi-platinum international sensation "Rather Be," featuring Jess Glynne (from 2014's New Eyes), they issued a string of U.K. chart-toppers that proved successful around the world, including "Rockabye" with Sean Paul and Anne-Marie, "Symphony" with Zara Larsson, and "Solo" with Demi Lovato, all of which were included on 2018's What Is Love? Founded in the late 2010s by schoolmates Grace Chatto (cello, percussion, and vocals), Jack Patterson (bass, keys, piano, and vocals), Luke Patterson (drums), and Neil Amin-Smith (violin and piano), they were originally dubbed the Chatto Quartet when they performed around their university. The classically trained string quartet performed J.S. Bach and cited Jacqueline du Pré as an influence, but their post-show, wind-down music often consisted of garage, 2-step, Craig David, and Arcade Fire tracks. The quartet members were aware of both producer Jon Wandeck and MC Ssegamic through the duo's photographic work, and when Wandeck suggested they play on one of his house music cuts, Clean Bandit were born. With MC Ssegamic on the mike, they released the genre-mashing "Telephone Banking" in the summer of 2011. Their Dance Armstrong mixtape followed in 2012, while 2013 saw the release of the Mozart's House EP. The "Mozart House" track also landed on their album New Eyes, which was released by major-label Atlantic in 2014. While early singles "A+E" and "Dust Clears" were modest chart successes in the U.K., it wasn't until the release of New Eyes' fourth single -- the Jess Glynne-featuring "Rather Be" -- that Clean Bandit truly entered the international mainstream. The multi-platinum song became the second best-selling track in the U.K. in 2014 and won a Grammy for Best Dance Recording in 2015. The success of "Rather Be" helped Clean Bandit ride New Eyes into 2016, yielding an additional pair of singles that kept Clean Bandit on the U.K. charts. In late 2016, Amin-Smith parted ways with the band, days before they released the single "Rockabye," featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie on vocals. The track became their second U.K. number one and broke into the Billboard Top 10, later receiving platinum certification throughout Europe and in the U.S. and Australia. They followed with another chart-topping collaboration, "Symphony" with Zara Larsson, and Top Five single "I Miss You" with Julia Michaels. In 2018, the trio secured their fourth hit with the summer single "Solo," featuring Demi Lovato. "Baby" with Marina and the Diamonds and Luis Fonsi arrived shortly before the release of their sophomore full-length, What Is Love? In addition to the previously released hit singles, the album also included collaborations with Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, Outkast's Big Boi, Craig David, and many more. - iTunes Mabel Mabel Alabama-Pearl McVey (born 20 February 1996) is an English singer and songwriter. In 2017, she had her mainstream breakthrough with "Finders Keepers", peaking at number eight on the UK Singles Chart. Her debut studio album, High Expectations, was released in August 2019 and entered the UK Albums Chart at number three. It spawned the UK top-10 singles "Don't Call Me Up" and "Mad Love". Mabel has received numerous awards and accolades, including the Premios 40 Principales for Best International New Artist in 2019 and the Brit Award for British Female Solo Artist in 2020. - iTunes Top 100 Chart History Clean Bandit 2012 100 A&E (feat. Don’t say that, it’ll increase in streams next week now and avoid again. Ha! Well it can keep avoiding it so long as we don't have to endure it on the Chart Shows looks like it's petering away regardless... Not vintage Clean Bandit this but any of their songs entering the Chart is always welcome in my book. Problem for them is they've set such high standards anything that would be deemed great if this was by a new act is seen as terrible because it's them! |

Glad Clean Bandit made it in, should climb in the coming weeks, although im not 100% sure if it will hit the top 10, sounds quite generic.
Tina/Kygo jumping around the 30-40 section a lot lol. Why is 'Cardigan' falling relatively fast, is it not getting playlist support? |

Juice WRLD and Marshmello Come & Go 3rd single from Legends Never Die Released: 9th July 2020 Label: Grade A Productions / Interscope Records Chart Statistics NE (23/07/2020) | 9-13-24-26-28-27-35 Sales: 100k+ Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 58 Sales 09 Audio Streaming 18 Video Streaming Video Biography Juice WRLD Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, Jarad Higgins would freestyle rap through his school hallways. As a teenager, he began recording as Juice WRLD (a nod to the 1992 film starring 2Pac) and set his eyes on stardom. “My biggest fear is not getting to the point I want to,” he told Apple Music in the documentary accompanying his 2018 Up Next campaign, “but that’s also my biggest strength.” His distinctive, genre-blending take on emo rap—Auto-Tuned vocals, hints of pop punk, and beats inspired by Chief Keef and Chicago drill—shines on the breakthrough singles “Lucid Dreams” and “All Girls Are the Same,” which plumbed grief and regret and heartbreak with alarming honesty. Just five months after his star-making debut project, Goodbye & Good Riddance, he released a full-length collaboration with Future that felt like a euphoric, decadent victory lap. His second full-length solo project, Death Race for Love, released in March 2019, continued to mine personal pain for maximum drama, while collaborations with BTS and Ellie Goulding exhibited his range. Juice WRLD passed away in Chicago in December 2019 at age 21. - iTunes Marshmello Marshmello might just be the unlikeliest pop star you could imagine—the anonymous DJ/producer is known only by his cartoonish, marshmallow-shaped mask, with its broad smile and big, sympathetic eyes. But given the way his music has resonated, he’s clearly the pop star we needed. He got his start with an equally unlikely fusion of tough-as-nails trap and candied EDM, and as early fans debated his identity, a co-sign from Skrillex gave singles like 2015’s trance-laced “Find Me” a viral boost. On Marshmello’s debut album, 2016’s Joytime, his signature qualities began to come into focus—the wistful vibes of “Summer,” the playful melodies of “Blocks,” the chilled-out cool of “Keep It Mello,” featuring deliciously laidback rapping from Omar LinX—but it was the nostalgic “Alone,” with its twin nods to 2000s emo and 1980s electro-pop, that solidified his persona. (“Alone” also kicked off a string of clever coming-of-age-themed videos that reinforced his essential relatability.) Since then, Marshmello has gone from an EDM curiosity to a ubiquitous fixture in pop, using collaborations with artists like Selena Gomez and Logic to further his singular brand of fun. - iTunes Top 100 Chart History Juice WRLD 2018 10 Lucid Dreams -2*- MILLIONAIRE 2018 55 Fine China (Future & Juice WRLD) -1- 2018 80 Armed & Dangerous -3*- 2019 39 Robbery -1- 2019 58 Hear Me Calling -IG- 2019 41 Fast -AT- 2019 33 Hate Me (Ellie Goulding & Juice WRLD) 2019 88 Graduation (benny blanco & Juice WRLD) 2019 42 Bandit (Juice WRLD & YoungBoy Never Broke Again) -NAS- 2019 79 All Girls Are The Same -1*- 2019 98 Legends -1- 2020 01 Godzilla (Eminem feat. Sam Fischer This City 3rd single from Not A Hobby Released: 18th January 2018 Label: Sony Music Entertainment UK Chart Statistics NE (20/02/2020) | 79-97-73-65-73-68-58-46-39-33-33-31-24-20-19-19-19-17-16-18-16-18-19-17-26-25-26-28-34 Sales: 400k+ Certification: Gold Status: Standard Chart Ratio 06 Sales 23 Audio Streaming 69 Video Streaming Video Biography Australian singer/songwriter Sam Fischer writes honest, thought-provoking lyrics that are easy to relate to, with the intention of providing comfort to the listener. The Los Angeles resident has written songs for Ciara, Clean Bandit, and Jennifer Hudson, and has been releasing solo material since 2016. After being featured on Black Saint's 2019 hit "Everybody Wants You," his earlier solo tune "This City" took off later in the year. Fischer was born outside of Sydney, Australia and was writing songs by age 12. He grew up training classically on saxophone and violin and eventually ended up studying at the Berklee College of Music in the early 2010s. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles and began working in earnest on a solo music career while also taking part in L.A.'s a cappella scene and performing as a backup vocalist with the band HOLYCHILD. While working as much as possible in the music industry, Fischer readied his own songs and by 2016 had released his first single, the romantic, R&B-informed "Lean."
