Jillian and Emmett were on The Amazing Race Canada. They came 2nd. Jillian was the star of the entire show tho. So many epic breakdowns.
They're currently casting. Somehow they managed to miss my city this go around tho. Hmm. |

I guess its more of an open thing to see which BBUK housemates would be available and up for doing the show but Laura still does seem like a bizarre choice, as much as I grew to love her! She could be quite good though at the game side of things!
I'd LOVE for them to do the international houseguests again, it was really fun seeing Nikki try the BBCan format considering that it's completely different to what she's used to. I would hope that if they do it again, the housemates have more of an awareness of the different format though!

Very random choice indeed, for someone as random as Laura maybe they just scouted her and aren't going to play on the Big Brother alumni thing. I'd love to see more of our UK housemates transferring and having to adapt to play this type of game.

I am still living for the random rumour of Laura being in this, I'd love it to be true as she had so much potential that went unfulfilled. In fact I'd absolutely love it if they could do a special season of BBUS or BBCan where they get people from other English speaking BBs to play with this format.

The international houseguests twist is strongly speculated to be returning "in a big way" *.* People don't seem too happy about this but I like the idea of a couple of housemates who aren't from this format having to adapt. Nikki and Tim, along with queen Cassandra, really made the last series for me <3 I am hoping they pluck an Aussie fan fave or two, I just have two words - PRIYA MALIK. She would absolutely slay this shit, although she's already done Bigg Boss since BBAU so maybe she wouldn't want to. Failing that, Tahan would also be incredible. Both of those, if I looked at every series of BB I've watched across Aus, US, UK and Canada, would probably be in my top 10 of all time, so PLEASE BBCAN PLEASE.
Aaahhh why am I building myself up for this when they'll chuck Paulie and some bimbo from Big Brother Sweden in or something? Budgets have been cut apparently so people are apprehensive about whether the rumour is true but given the desperados we have on our BB I'm sure they could snatch a couple of those?

I can understand why people might be annoyed about the international twist possibly coming back, but it was such a hit last year that I'm willing to give it a chance. I was a fan of Nikki previously because of her outrageousness, and I grew to love Tim quickly as well. If they get more big personalities who make for great TV, I will always be here for the international twist.

To be fair, Nikki & Tim were the only guaranteed international housemates that could have worked well in the BBCAN House (outside of anyone from BBUS that is of course).
Looking back at Australia and the UK.. I'm not so sure. I loved Laura, but I don't see her doing very well either as a player or an entertainer. I also love Priya (not saying she's being rumoured), I think she would do EXCEPTIONALLY at the 'Game' aspect, but, is way too reserved to be entertaining. If anyone is going to come from Australia, it should be Tahan, absolutely, she already has the BBCAN Connection. I would love to see a BBCAN Returnee vs International Houseguest season - A NEDA/TAHAN ALLIANCE WOULD BE *.* Looking at the UK, I think they would need to go way back for their search for a houseguest. I doubt any of them would be interested either. OH GOD. WE'RE GONNA BE STUCK WITH HELEN WOOD AREN'T WE?! They should consider Celeb BB Contestants, Tiffany Pollard. Winner of BBCAN. |

Also - I was still surprised the International Houseguest twist worked last year, Joel and I think possibly Mitch were the only ones who knew who Nikki/Tim were.
Had they thrown them into BBCAN1 everyone would have had meltdowns. All they would talk about was International Housemates. |

Yeah I really can't think of many suited housemates from BBUK I'd want for BBCan. I know Nikki didn't fit at all but she was iconic so had to be there. I'd just prefer some BBAU fan faves for international houseguests than someone from mainland Europe we don't know or some no mark from BBUS.
