Has Ultimate Kylie been deleted?

Yes a long time ago cry.gif Such a great album and would have racked up so many sales over the years, Parlophone have kept all her albums in print (even ‘Boombox’) but none of her GHs!

If ultimate kylie was kept in print it prob would have close to 100,000 more sales.

Wasn't it something to do with licensing - it was only agreed to be available for a certain time - 3 years or something? Same goes for the 2012 Best Of....that stopped being available within a couple of years too I think? The Best Of is still hidden away on Spotify.

When the entire PWL back catalogue was added to Spotify a couple of years ago the tracks previously available on the 2012 Best Of had a head start because of the streams they had collected in those first 2 years. Think HOYH and EFY are the two tracks that have racked up the most streams from a standing start whereas TOMP, GMJALMT and Celebration haven't really added that much from when they were available on the Best Of.

Boombox has always been available because it was purely Parlophone era tracks....another hidden gem on Spotify is 'disc 2' of Boombox - essentially Parlophone Greatest Hits 2000-2008.

I wonder why setting ukrinate kylie for availability for 2-3 years only as that doesnt make sense,I hope SBIT is now out for a long long time.

Thank you, hopefully she'll catch new entries above and finish the week top ten.

Fingers crossed she will as I'm a little disappointed with that result. All going well she will pull back into the top 10.

I did not think Kylie would start the week outside the Top 10.
I had felt Top 8 may be safe for the album this week.
Sales are most likely low and very close so Kylie may move back in as the week progresses.

Her album is still full price. She is competing with a few £5 albums plus she hasn't done any promo etc recently and no streaming, plus new entries into the chart etc and some heavily streamed albums.

how can you be disappointed with 11 after 4 weeks

I'd be surprised if it got back into the top 10 by the end of the week, if I'm honest.

I think Kylie has potential to overtake both Sabaton and Brian Eno.

Of course would have loved it to be Top 10 but if it stays this way a 1-2-4-11 chart run is still very healthy! Lots of new releases this week that will free fall next week so she has plenty of opportunity to return.

It will be I’m sure - especially as BMG control her new recordings as well as those from PWL and Deconstruction. It’s in their and Parlophone’s interests who they have licensed tracks from for it to remain available.

She’s only 83 sales behind #8, and it seems that Amazon physicals & iTunes data is missing for Sunday - so fingers crossed she won’t struggle to get back into the Top 10 as the week progresses.

I had thought sales would be very close.
With only 83 sales separating Kylie i feel she will make her way back to the Top 10.

Great news cheer.gif The 2 places that she sells best at so hopefully she will be boosted back into the Top 10.

With such a small sales gap kylie will hopefully overtake and get a 4th week top 10.
