17. Mind Maze
Average: 4.352 Lovers - 360Jupiter (9.5), Mrs. Potts (8) Haters - Davidson (-1), UltraSam, Meekul (0) Iconic lyrics: "Spinning all these plates is Gonna be a challenge A delicate balance" So crashing out in LAST place is Mind Maze! I'm actually a bit gutted because this is probably in my top five of the entire album to be honest. I can see why it's not so popular as it does lack an obvious catchy hook and I guess the production is a bit odd but I'm a fan of the distorted vocals personally so I think this placing is a bit harsh !!!  |

'Mind Maze' is odd. I like elements of it, but I think ultimately it's just average. This is my 2nd least fave so nice start.
'Into Me You See' to leave next though please! |

Into Me You See Average: 4.412 Lovers - Joseph (8.5), HarryEzra (8) Haters - Haus, all is vanity (0) Iconic lyrics: "Open sesame" "Into Me You See" This is the one I was actually expecting to come dead last so I guess 16th isn't that bad even if that rate average is The song itself isn't that bad (perhaps a bit whiny due to the overkill on the falsetto) but is definitely bogged down by poor lyrics - especially the cringe Into Me You See/Intimacy double meaning awkwardness... |

Once again, it's a decent enough ballad but the lyrics are just beyond terrible. What sort of lyric/title is Save As Draft??? |

Oh I meant to do this :'( ah well.
Gutted seeing 'Mind Maze' last, it's one of my favourites! 'Save as Draft' and 'Into Me You see' are probably my two least favourite Katy tracks ever though so I'm pretty glad they're out. 'Roulette' and 'Miss You More' to do well please!

Miss You More Average: 6.500 Lovers - UV (10), Joseph & Regina (9) Haters - Michael (0), Davidson & Liam (4) Iconic lyrics: "Saw a balloon floating away I thought did someone let go, or did they lose it?" A big jump in average here but it seems that Buzzjack just isn't so keen on Katy's ballads from this era. This is quite nice but a bit on the forgettable side of things and would probably be cut if Katy had been a bit more picky with what made the album tracklist. |

That iconic lyric makes me wince every time I hear it though, that's the one bit that lets it down for me. It reminds me of the plastic bag in 'Firework' a bit :') Some of the lyrics on this album... |
