Silent Jay and Eve have split up. She's broken up with him and it was apparently amicable but she's deleted him off Facebook! She's got a new boyfriend as well but they still have to film together until at least the end of the series, oops! How awkward.
Where have that new family gone btw?

After their show with Nigel Farage earlier this year, Steph & Dom confirmed on Alan Carr: Chatty Man last week that Channel 4 have commissioned their own chat show. I'm assuming it will be in the same style as the one featuring the UKIP leader.

This week's Gogglebox news is that they edit out whenever Silent Jay DOES actually speak now!
I'm not surprised by that really and I was thinking it might be happening, sometimes I've seen him speaking but they mute his voice I think - the producers/editors are aware of what is popular etc

I think Jenny (and Lee, I guess) has slowly worked her way into my top 3.
Sandy & Sandra + the Moffats are the top 2 with Steph & Dom + the Tappers rounding out my top 5

I agree that Jenny & Lee and the Moffats are slowly becoming my favourites! It's great that they've been given greater prominence this series.

 As seen on last night's show, he has left the show following his break up with Eve. QUOTE A Channel 4 spokesperson told the Mirror Online: "It's with great regret that Silent Jay is no longer in this series of Gogglebox. So when are they getting rid of the Wiltshire couple? Literally have nothing worthy to contribute to show, especially the guy who repeats whatever his wife has just said as if it's his own point! The sofa in the Wordenwebbers (spelling anyone?) looked so bare without Jay
