i cannot imagine her not releasing some kind of Tour DVD...... unless she is waiting to put it on a TV Channel first? she is not singing on G Norton so......

I think it's more likely that they (re-)worked a few tracks from the early Golden sessions before it switched gears to country and Rose Is A Rose was just a track that was considered along with New York City as a potential single to go along with it. It's likely not more complicated than that.

This i now assume will be more Kylie material locked away in a fault.
With recent posts on some other songs left over from previous sessions, it once again highlights Kylie could release a very strong album of rare and uncovered tracks. Her fans would hugely welcome this too. |

^^ Would do anything for this! Now would have been a perfect time to have done something - she could have released a bundle only via her website and include a bonus disc of rare/unreleased mixes and tracks.

Kylie needs do something in the future, like Robbie's 'Under The Radar' collections. Rare, Unreleased, b-sides, one off releases/promo (Crystallize, Skirt) and songs that didn't make the main studio albums.
Voodoo Heartstrings Paperdolls Cherry Bomb Ruffle My Feathers Fall For You Made Of Glass BPM Tightrope to name a few........... There will be absolute stacks in the vaults. |

That said, i dont think it is something that will happen. It would be a wonderful bridging release between new studio albums. |

A couple of medleys will be on the list and that is likely where a cover version will be slipped in.
The medleys are a great way of getting more songs exposed. |
