really sounds like this was done in 3 minutes without any thought or rehearsal, Bieber sounds horrible, not even Enrique Iglesias at his worst sounded so bad

How can a song be reset from ACR the week it goes into ACR? Does that mean it increased by 25% despite having its sales halved?
