Over I'd imagine, her contract was basically on a single to single basis so really she was only signed for one single and they'd give her more if a single did well. As this flopped at #139 or whatever I can't see them deeming her as worth another single

She was in the top half of the votes (4th) for the first two weeks, I think it was probably that she was amusing for that long but not really that popular or she'd have lasted longer being that high. It was clear she wouldn't have hits because her shtick was long old by the time she released the single even though she struck while the iron was as hot as possible just after the final.

I always thought she was well liked as she got quite far in the competition and she was bigged up a lot during the live shows.
