okay I'm gonna throw out a possible curveball prediction to win, but could FSR Rontvia do it? I think it stands out from the rest and is a well written pop ballad at heart which always goes down well and would get points from all the fanbases. Thinking New Lexico and Botanikka are the more obvious contenders too.

As for us I think 'Apathy' is on for another midtable 21st-30th placement. Kings of the midtable we are! cool.gif

As usual, these are odds FTW and not where you'll be placed in the final...I called Rontvia FTW the moment I first heard the track but I can totally see other three contending as well (it's weird for me to be this confident about my entry but it has potential with dance/pop crossover appeal). The second line is for the songs having chances finishing Top 10!!!

I had my sights on trying to bag my final missing spot in the top 30 with this but I'm now thinking it will be lucky to not finish bottom 5!

I don't really think Astounded is bottom 5 song tbh (I know I placed it last in odds but you know I only meant that chances of winning are slim) but I hope you'll get that unique position with it!!!

I don’t know what songs still dominate this but Altyr and Rontvia both sound incredibly appealing to everyone so I would assume one of them would win! Hopefully Rontvia!

Rontvia has been off my radar for years until this contest honestly.

What a hard choice between Rontvia and Altyr. It's like choosing between Flo & the machine and your average heavy-smoker-cookie-cutter-basic-bitch-no-one-remembers-how-the-song goes-in-2-weeks pop : )

I'd say it's more unpredictable than ever at the moment! Dan last month was quite a surprising win and a lot of the top 10 weren't slated to do that good either! I'd agree on both of those I think should do well but I can't predict that with much good faith!

I would agree that Cor Lupus (A lost Finnish ABBA single?), Terra Avium, Botanikka and New Lexico are particularly likely bets for success, and my initial thought for the winner was FARC but I’m not sure if the sparkling gorgeous Scandipop that used to dominate the contest still does in the same way in 2021 so who knows. My own entry feels more 2011 BJSC than 2021 too, maybe Scandipop can have a comeback!

I think it will be a close run thing in such a strong and competitive final, it doesn’t feel like there will be a runaway winner anyway and I wouldn’t really be surprised to finish anywhere in the top 20.
