It's not without Persephonia though!! The semi-finals still count. x (it is the first year since 2012 without one of my songs in the final but then this is also the first year since then that I didn't have any medal positions so no shock ~) I'm pretty amazed that TSRP was as close as 3 points off qualifying! I'd normally be a bit annoyed at being that close but I really had no expectation of even being above bottom 10 in this case ;o

I am very surprised to have done that well! I mean, I've still never been in the final of TBO (hence why the semis definitely count) but I wasn't expecting to break that with this, so getting so close is excellent. (and just why are we not having a final of 40 )

Wrong New Lexico qualifier boo (Tír Na nÓg is good too tho). Wow at LP actually making it!! That has come so so far, IIRC almost everyone hated it the first time it was played on plug lmao. Yayyy for Sagi and Imany as well. Boo at NEIKED. Boo at 4Minute beating Die Antwoord. x

Glad to have some TBO Final representation at long frigging last (first time since 'Ein' if my memory doesn't deceive me). I'd have had Sofi de la Torre was going through if one of my qualifiers was but in retrospect Celtic Woman did actually get a better result so that seems a little dumb in retrospect.

The qualifiers were pretty much all good too, glad that Daddy Says No is dead at last! (noteanoshadenopinklemonadehenny)

Just like in semi 1, six of my votes qualified lol. I have to say tho, there's one song that made it through that I'm re-listening to on repeat at the moment and I don't know HOW I didn't vote for it in either its original contest nor here - I can definitely see myself voting for it in the finals of this!

Yes we are! Results will be on New Year's Day, voting will close New Year's Eve. The final will be up either tonight or tomorrow depending on what time I leave work tonight.
