The best thing to say about this week's chart is that Cruel Summer has finally hit ACR. The only songs I like in the top 20 are Dua Lipa and Ariana's. That Austin song isn't half bad, either. The last number one I really enjoyed was Kenya Grace - Strangers.

I'm pleased for Benson, but what I find so baffling these days is how an artist can have a couple of big hits, followed by several singles that do absolutely NOTHING (like his excellent Little Runaway), and then suddenly he has another huge hit.

just made it home from a shitty shift at work, i did briefly check whilst there but not in depth:
ew at lil boo thang STILL hanging around  whyyy???thank god for that drop for praise jah in the moonlight shame MOTD is falling so fast since acr  worth it to keep climbing plz! if only it was oscar winning tears from m21cb, but im happy shes having a decent sized post-album hit! never be alone remains a bop, shame its not doing particularly amaxing as its one of my faves from becky cruel summer had a brilliant run, but it was defo time for acr so not to upset by that that longevity for exes  im so excited to see tate in exactly one months time!!i did anticipate a reset for never lose me, the remix made it click for me this week after finding it meh! the power of sza lol thats about where i was expecting for the mark knopfler song tbh, glad it managed top 20 in the end! austin with another big climb! hope its in the top 10 next week, boppp! not sure why we need another bts solo song bothering the charts unwritten always so close yet so far to the top 10 every goddamn week scared to start top 10 finally another song i adore!noah still doing so well and im still not bored of it! ew at teddy swims still doing well, and mega ew at him higher than djo ari runner upp! praying its a future #1! yay for benson, happy for him! hope slow it down is a hit too, i love that one a lot albums wise, nice for ari to grab a second week, shame the weeknds playlist made it above kacey but so happy for her! also happy caity baser made top 10 too |

was easy to forget to be fair, they only put out two singles which both dived out the chart after week one, no album ever materialised
