Fantastic new additions this week, particularly Carly and Tove Lo! Also wonderful to see rises to the A-List for The Prodigy and Nick Jonas!
You've done well radio 1. So glad that this pretty much secures no.1 for Carly unless something comes out of the blue! |

Ah Radio 1 have playlisted some females, that'll keep people happy ~
Pleased to see The Prodigy actually making the A-List this time, I didn't think they'd bother when they never put 'Nasty' up there and 'Wild Frontier' is doing even worse chart-wise! |

Lol 24 posts in an hour signalled a few female pop additions to the playlist.
Thankfully Ellie, James Bay and Years & Years gone. |

Now that Nick Jonas is on the A-List.... Is currently above Carly on pre-orders (#131ish and climbing).... I'm really starting to think that with the sales as low as they will be next week, he really does have a good chance at getting near the top!

He probably could well get to no1 next week but streams usually come to the fore when sales are very low and so could help the more stable releases.

If Ed can't make #1 this week when his pre-order has done better, Nick Jonas has no chance. Top 5 though at this rate definitely.

I REALLY LIKE every song that's been added to the C List there (apart from '2shy', which I don't think I've heard). 'Kids in the Dark' and 'Talking Body' are real highlights for me, both absolutely essential! I am shocked at the Nicki Minaj and Tove Lo inclusions though, I was convinced they'd both be snubbed.

Very pleased they're back on board with Nicki, hope this continues with future singles. Just makes me sad they didn't support Anaconda and Only/Bed of Lies so the former could've smashed and either of the latter two could've helped the album
