Hello and welcome to Unovia for the final of BJSC Country! Below are 27 country songs from nations across the Buzzjack world, for you to peruse and vote for, to crown only one winner. Simply vote for your favourites using the 12 point system (not the usual 18pts like normal BJSC, the crop is much smaller here) via PM to me (Liam). You have until 29th October to do this, sorry it's not quite the 2 weeks that you get for spin offs normally but I have a jam packed week that's cropped up so results on the Sunday is perfect for me. When you've voted, your country name will appear bolded. Lomaja // Jessie James // Bullet Suedonia // Poco // Rose Of Cimmaron Persephonia // Jason Isbell // Elephant Deandria // Mindy McCreedy // Ten Thousand Angels Seyetana // Theory Of A Deadman // Livin' My Life Like A Country Song The Actual Republic Of Bellamia // Hunter Hayes // Light Me Up Cor Lupus // Maddie & Tae // Shut Up & Fish Hushkanukia // Autumn Hill // Can't Keep Waiting Taahino // Paramore // In The Mourning Medhelnia // Vigiland // Pong Dance (Acoustic) Avalonia // Faith Hill // Sunshine & Summertime Unovia // Miranda Lambert // Oklahoma Sky Aeroche // Norah Jones ft. QUOTE Medhelnia // Vigiland // Pong Dance (Acoustic) Shoulda been vetoed tbh. Making a song acoustic/adding guitars does not make it country. This post has been edited by Regina: 20th October 2016, 10:06 PM |

I forgot to enter this
If I would have done then I'd certainly have entered something from Emmylou Harris as Wrecking Ball is my favourite country album. Given she was an 'aged' artist at the time of releasing in the 90s, her music sounded so forward thinking... I don't suppose it would have done that well but it really is a stunning album. |

Sent my votes. My top two are both very unexpected countries (especially considering the artist of one of them ;o)!

Seeing Douwe Bob here (Jacob's Song is much better though, one of the best songs of the year), makes me think how good an entry The Common Linnets would have been...I dismissed them for being too cheap but now I'm not so sure that they would have been! Oh well, maybe country spinoff 2.0.
Anyway, I made some good discoveries here! Certainly nothing awful, and there is some really BAD country out there so good picks everyone. |

We've had enough dance spin offs not to mention the amount of shit dance in the main contest... God forbid for one contest we have something different

Genre spinoffs are cool, we should do more of them. If only because I liked the challenge of finding something for this and I'm already regretting not thinking of Rednex's back catalogue
I enjoyed this more than I expected to actually, a few decent discoveries and not very much that was 'bad'. |
