~ You have FIVE nominations, use them wisely~ all (eligible) nominated songs will advance to the main voting round

~ Your choices have to fit under the Indie/Rock/Alternative umbrella (in other words, any artist whose music would be posted/discussed in THIS forum)

~ Your choices can be: any track released or promoted as a single in 2016 / any album track from a 2016 release / any track that reached its chart peak in 2016 (provided they don't clash with the rule below)

~ You can't nominate anything that featured in a previous edition (http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=188845)

Yay at Birch Tree getting nominated, really wanted to give it some recognition for being my fave Foals song to date but couldn't slot it in! Looking forward to the results, didn't love last year's winner but The Mother We Share and Two Weeks are AMAZING so hopefully another great winner this year.

No, you can pick any five songs you like as long as they're indie / alternative (whether that means the traditional or modern sense, I guess it's at the mod's discretion) and, when you do, your picks will be added to that list.
