It's a biannual charity event we have over here which raises money for Africa. It involves a lot of comedians and the theme is generally having a good time whilst raising money (hence the name of the event.)

It happens on Red Nose Day - so called because Comic Relief produce and sell fake red noses to help raise money

wow that's quite a distance for walking most I've done is cross country at school, and the annual 3 mile trek to the firework display and 3 mile trek back

Yeah, we had a break after 6 miles. So it wasn't that bad but my feet were still killing me by the end of it.

cross country was about the only thing I liked in P.E. and I missed all three, one year due to Able and Talented stuff

hated Rugby, never got going in Basketball, might as well bought a deckchair for Cricket, no-one wanted me in their team on football even know I absolutely whooped them all

I did have a little skill for Badminton though

Today I managed just about 1 kilometre in 6 mins 50 minutes

Football was awful for me. I was always picked last and I am generally LOL at it. I would just stay away from the ball and generally not make any effort at all. Rugby and basketball was pretty much the same, and nobody bothered to give me the ball and I was fine with that. Twas all good.

Tennis and badmintion I liked but gymnastics was my forté I was probably the best in my year at it. *boasting*

Also fitness was always GOOD FUN. Playing about on the running machines and all zat. Good memories of my school time happened in the school gym.

Is that time good?

We apparently had a gym with all the equipment in, but in my entire 5 years I never got to go in, and lift some weights, and do some running on the old treadmill Each of the P.E. teachers seemed to have a fetish for one certain thing so they saw our little gym as no use

With one we ended up stuck playing Basketball, one we ended up stuck playing Rugby, and so on

Orientation rules too getting lost in the college's field behind the school looking for little wooden signs

Lmao I work In 'Garlands Call Centre' in boro town, and work for Vodafone trying to get exsisting customers to renew their contracts. I work from 11.30am - 8pm (mon - thurs) and 10am - 6.30pm (fridays) It's such a joyus job! (sarcasm) Only good thing is I get weekends off anf get about £800 per month which Is good for me lol

No reason why not, always been rumours the album wasn't being released until 2009 anyway. Plus it gives the other Girls a chance of a break if recording of the album goes well, since it's been 6 years of virtually non stop GA action Wouldn't surprise me if they try and get it out this year now, with Cheryl on the show.

Their performance of The Promise on the Royal Variety Performance was brilliant! Proof that they do have excellent vocals - unlike what their recent performances of Something New has shown. I guess I was right when I said Something New is probably too fast for them.

I was pleasantly surprised that they performed The Promise. I didn't think they would sing Something New at the RVP, but I though it could have been Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me. They're probably wanting to sell the greatest hits, and after that performance it sure should!

I loved their performance, and I'm glad I wasn't the only one! Cheryl/Sarah both sounded much better than I expected, Nadine was worse than usual (although still good) and Kimberley and Nicola were both also good

The only comment I could say about Nadine is she didn't do the usual high note she does towards the end of the song when they perform it Live, other than that she was on point, as always, imo.
