It was previously confirmed that Pixie Lott will not be appearing on the Strictly Come Dancing tour as she's moving to America in January to record new music. It's also been confirmed that Pixie is now working with Jay Z's producers on her new album 
The Kiss The Stars singer, 23, struck up a friendship with the Biebs, 20, while partying in Cannes together and hopes their current recording schedules will match up.
‘He is on another scale! I think he is actually really talented,’ the Essex beauty gushed of Bieber to Metro in an exclusive chat.
‘He said he was going to have some time off to chill a bit, but he said he can’t wait to get back and start on a new album. I think he might be starting at the same time as me on my album. So could we end up in the same studio at the same time
Lott also revealed she is calling on the past to work with producers from Jay Z’s Roc Nation company to create her fourth studio album after originally being signed to one of 44-year-old Jay’s labels.
‘I met Jay Z back in the day when I was 15 and I sang for him,’ she explains.
‘When I was first signed to Universal, I was signed to the Island Def Jam where Jay Z worked. I did a showcase and he was there,’ she continues.
‘I remember my mum turning round and going “oh my god! Jay Z is over there!” Apparently he was moving. He was into it! It was ages ago, but I hope he would remember.’

Even if she does release the album, its unlikely to do well. Her last few albums have completely bombed.

Platinum Hits is #55 in the midweeks with 800+ copies being sold with iTunes data missing, it looks like she could miss the top 75 with stronger opening sales than 'Pixie Lott'

I'm so excited for this album it's unreal, I see this album being more 'Turn it Up' judging by the producers she's worked with. I know so far she's worked with Max Martin (Going to be epic), the writer of Heroes (Eurovision) and a couple of writers in the United Kingdom. I don't know who she's worked with from the USA as of yet but i'm excited regardless.
Despite her last album flopping horrendously, I'm guessing she saved a lot of money from writing almost every track and 'Turn It Up' must have been Pixie and her label an incredible amount of Money as the album has sold almost 1 million in the UK and each single selling incredibly well. 'Young Foolish And Happy' still must have made the label some income as 'All About Tonight' is on over 400,000 sales while 'Kiss The Starts' passed 200,000 with the album selling over 105,000.
She's also got a fair amount of endorsements.
How she managed to get the role of Holly Golightly in the west end is incredible though!

Confirmed on Radio 2 today (it was on at my work shh) that she is focusing on the album once her West End tour has finished in September. She has written a lot of songs for it and has lots of 'fun things/experiments' coming this summer

I don't get why her label are investing so much into her yet allowing such tragic career moves? I truly expected a predictable generic release which would do okay in the charts but help get her name back in the public eye.
I'm hoping they change the release and go for a single that's similar to All About Tonight / Boys & Girls or Turn It Up.

It's mind boggling isn't it, she literally couldn't choose a worse career move at this point than a cod reggae cover.
She still has potential but it's been squandered at every turn over the past five years.

This limited edition video, which will only be online until the end of the month, shows an unique video showcasing their most exciting talent including Pixie's boyfriend Oliver Cheshire who is also signed to the agency.
The soundtrack to the video is Pixie’s cover of Sugar Minott's 'Good Thing Going' and features legendary Jamaican reggae star Shaggy. The song was written and first recorded by Michael Jackson back in the 1970’s, and is one of Pixie’s favourite summer, feel-good tunes.

I find the whole Pixie Lott record label support so bizzare. I know she had a debut double platinum album and followed it up with a Gold seller but it's not like she raked in the money? Her last 2 albums and several singles have flopped hard.
Not sure who she appeals to anymore and how a limited edition music video that looks like she went into Thomas Cook found a £50 flight and got lucky on arrival because there was a Primark photo shoot happening on the beach and Shaggy was there on holiday. Also looks like she forgot to pack her hair/weave straightner.
