10. Lost In Paradise 83


Kicking off your top 10 ultimate Rihanna album tracks is 'Unapologetic' track 'Lost In Paradise'. A midtempo electro ballad with the occasional moment of madness, it's not a song I would've placed in the top 10 but neither is it filler like some fans/critics suggested when the album was released. The song was co-written by Rihanna herself.

09. Love The Way You Lie Pt.II (ft. Eminem) 90


At #9 is the second part of the international smash hit 'Love The Way You Lie', which was tagged onto the end of 'Loud' no doubt after the song's huge global success. I have included Rih's live perf of this from the Hackney Weekend in 2012 as I think her vocals were on POINT for this. I much prefer the song without Eminem so I'm glad that a second part was made.

08. The Last Song 91


Next out is 'The Last Song' from Buzzjack's aural w*** bank 'Rated R'. There were better offerings from that album that sadly did not make the top 10 (HAI G4L) and I don't think this is a particular highlight from the album.

06. Good Girl Gone Bad 98


Just missing the top 5 is the title track of Rihanna's third album 'Good Girl Gone Bad'. It was one of the few songs from the album not to be released as a single.

So it's up to Tim to post your top 5 Rih album tracks! Here's what's left

I thought this was going well with 'Love the Way You Lie' and two other tracks which I can barely remember out, but then my two favorites left

I don't really care about any of the songs of the top 5 although at one point in my life I did love 'Cry' and 'Fire Bomb' is pretty good (albeit very overrated).

Breakin' Dishes, Love Without Tragedy/Mother Mary and Cry would all make fab winners. I do like the other two though, it's just Fire Bomb probably isn't even in my top 10 album tracks of hers yet everyone has it in their top 3 at least it seems!!

'Fire Bomb' is my favourite Rihanna song, period. So that to win please! A part from that, I think the top 10 has gone a bit awry! I think my faves have left first lmao. You want an overrated album track? 'Cry' is it. (I do like it, but I don't consider that one of her best!)

This is one of the most upsetting result for me. I'm glad it made the top 5 at least but for me this is easily her best album track.
Such a cute little ballad, that strikes something inside me everytime I listen to it and I don't know what.

04. Breaking Dishes 111



Next up finishing at #4 and thankfully not #1 is Breaking Dishes. A very catchy tune, but in no way worthy of a top 10 placing, let alone a #4 placing.
Featuring on Good Girl Gone Bad as one of the 8 tracknot released as single. The song was pushed back as a single 3 times and eventually cancelled.
It was first scheduled to serve as the 4th single from GGGB, but due to the succes of Don't Stop The Music it was pushed back to 5th single, after which management decided to re-release the album and make 3 newly recorded songs the 5th, 6th and 7th singles. It was scheduled as the 8th single, however a day later it was Rehab that was announced as the 8th and final single from Good Girl Gone Bad.

So at last Buzzjack got something right. At #2 we find Love Without Tragedy/Mother Mary, which are basically 2 semi-tracks blended into 1.
One of the highlights of Unapologetic, as well as one of the highlighs of Rihanna's album tracks.

At #1 we find the odds-favourite Firebomb. Some find it overrated but I absolutely adore this Rated R track. It's my 2nd favourite album track after Stupid In Love.
An absolute banger and it definately deserved to win (altho still weeping for Cry and Good Girl Gone Bad)

Can't believe you said that about 'Cold Case Love', it's simply stunning and probably the most emotive and chilling thing she's done (something that can't be said about a lot of her material).

Decent winner though, can't argue with that!

A briliant top 3, though I would have preferred the top 2 the other way round. 'LWT/MM' is such a strong, deep, beautiful song from her, i wish she'd explore that style a bit more in the future.

'G4L' not winning aside, this has gone well(ish)
