BuzzJack Music Forum _ UK Charts _ Y/E T100 Albums (with estimated sales)

YTD Sales : Please read these guidelines before you request sales estimates, it makes my task a lot easier.
1. Be specific - please name the artist and title for each entry you'd like an estimate for.
2. I log sales for all albums that have charted this year, but only update those that have sold enough to reach my 200 position tracking range
3. If an album isn't in the current Top 100, I won't be able to update its sales until Tues. Also, please don't ask about ex-T100 albums too often - once a month at most)
4. Remember to check the thread before requesting estimates - they may already have been answered. Also, no more than half-a-dozen requests at a time, thanks.
5. Please note my figures are combined sales & streams, and since I have no way of separating them, I cannot provide a split.
6. While I am no longer estimating singles sales, I can provide YTD singles positions from C+, and I am still maintaining my sales archive based on published figures (PM me if you want to see it)

Rod will most likely continue to sell well into January. I think Kylie should have gone for a royal philharmonic orchestra type best of rather than just a standard greatest hits.

I think opposite I can't see Rod selling well after this week apart from the two aforementioned days - Valentines & Mothers Day.
Streams will become more dominant from now again and cd sales will reduce.

Eh, Kylie kind of needed a proper career-spanning greatest hits on the market anyway. As long as they bother keeping this one in print I assume it'll become a good catalog seller for her.
Plus, Abbey Road sort of filled that purpose.

A bit ironic that the First Foals Album of the year that got to #2 made it in the Y/E T100 but their Second Album of the year that got to #1 didn't!
I guess if we are looking for the luckiest Albums of the year to get to #1 this is the list (possibly with exception of Stereophonics and The Script which were released late in the year).

Good to see Dido scrape the top 100 though she should be much higher. You can tell how much streaming is affecting the albums now with Maroon 5 scraping the top 100 there as well with their Singles collection.
It’s a shame to see Stereophonics miss out, how much has Kind sold?

and Artic monkeys´tranquility base Hotel and casino´s? it´s surprising that a couple of their albums are in the most sold of the year chart, but their last album hasn´t sold enough to be there...I guess their followers prefair their old stuff
