I think as an isolated comment sure, but considering the whole rest of that clip was negative and that she was being overrated in Vinegar's opinion, it makes that comment seem quite nasty to Tayce and Awhora. See all the banter in the season with Lawrence for example as that came from a place of good intention and there was a mutual respect. It's all about what that person really thinks behind the words and I believe it was a dig rather than shade.
