The songs performed have been announced. I'm not sure if any of the plot has been yet, but if any leaks, post it here biggrin.gif

'Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'' - Blaine with New Directions
'Rock with You' - The Warblers
'Bad' - Artie, Santana, Blaine and Sebastian with New Directions and The Warblers
'Scream' - Artie and Mike
'Never Can Say Goodbye' - Quinn
'Human Nature'/'Nature Boy' (Nat King Cole) - Mercedes and Sam
'Smooth Criminal' - Santana and Sebastian
'Ben' - Kurt with Rachel and Finn
'I Just Can't Stop Loving You' - Rachel and Finn
'Black or White' - Mercedes, Santana, Rachel, Artie and Kurt with New Directions

I'm not actually that familar with the originals of most of those, so it'll be interesting to see Glee's spin on them. Their 'Thriller' is one of their best mashups to-date, and they did a good job of 'P.Y.T.' and 'ABC' too smile.gif

That Quinn solo has already leaked!

Santana & Sebastien are doing 'Smooth Criminal' together according to a source I saw earlier so I'm expecting that to be BRILL (probably the best MJ song from the list imo).

Quinn's post-graduation plans are revealed in this episode.

Some source are reporting that the episode is titled 'Michael'. I was unsure on the air date, and Ryan Murphy had been thinking about an extended episode but it is on January 24th, and the 'State of the Union Address' is on that night at 9pm it seems so they can only make it normal length.

"Something bad" happens to Blaine in the Michael Jackson episode and "Sebastian is to blame." [Darren had to shoot some scenes before Christmas as he's now on Broadway for a little while].
Expect awesome things from Naya Rivera/Santana.
Quinn sings “Never Gonna Say Goodbye” which Keck finds to be one of the most interesting songs in the show because of “whom [she] sings it to.”
Kurt, Mercedes, Artie, Rachel and Santana are featured on the song “Black or White”
Chris Colfer is featured in “Bad,” a scene which features a face-off between New Directions and the Warblers.

Final two confirmed songs;

Rock with You - Sebastian & The Warblers
Scream - Artie and Mike

Bringing it to a total of TEN for the episode.

edit: Episode airs January 31st according to multiple sources. FOX, why bring it back for one week, just to have a break the week after?

Possibly so they can have an extended episode where the state of the union would prevent it. Fox might not be able to air the following episode instead because of some form of continuity or it may still be in post production.

Better be great if they're promoting it as this big event.

Me either, not ANOTHER Artie lead vocal? manson.gif Obviously I love the chorus of Bad but I literally never like Artie led songs, the only one I can think of I enjoyed was Dancing With Myself.

Not even 'Safety Dance'!? sad.gif That's my favourite Artie-led song (if we exclude 'Lean On Me') Although I'm actually a little bit of an Artie fan and think he's under appreciated. (Both as a character and as a singer/performer or whatever.)

EDIT: Those two songs aren't all that. I wish 'Smooth Criminal' would hurry and leak though. I'm looking forward to that one the most now I have Quinn's lovely solo.

I love 'Safety Dance', by far the best thing that Artie has done song/solo wise.

30 second previews of the other tracks are here & Smooth Criminal here but full versions should be out on Friday anyway.

I would go so far as to say Safety Dance is the BEST thing Glee did in the first series. I much preferred it to Lea Michele's over-earnest warblings.

I used to be QUITE the Glee fan until Season 2 ruined it for me, but this episode really sounds like an AWFUL idea. There are just some people who cannot be touched and I think Michael Jackson is one of those people. I don't expect anything good to come out of this episode.

None of the other songs are really doing anything for me though, I think I just don't entirely get MJ/his music.
