Out June 10th.

Can't wait! Hard to believe it's been 4 years since their last album. I'm just happy they're still releasing music.

First single "Empty":

Yes, I've been looking forward to this. The last few singles were decent but it did appear they were stop gap releases to tide them over between this and the last album

4 years ohmy.gif this is exciting!

The last album was okay, but there wasn't really much to keep me coming back. They're one of my all-time favourites, so I'll always show an interest.

Not exactly fond of the title.

It's 15 years since I was excited about a Garbage release.

It's ok. Will probably grow on me.

Shirley sounds very much like Chrissie Hynde on the verses

'Empty' sounds alright actually, but I can't see myself liking this album much more than their last one (which wasn't bad by any means - just that it wasn't quite as good as its predecessors).

I'll probably still buy it when it comes out (just like I did with the last one when I didn't think too much to the singles from it) and I might belatedly pick up that recent 20th Anniversary re-issue of their debut too, not only for the sake of nostalgia, but the fact it's one of my favourite albums ever.
