After 25 weekly sessions starting in June, all 1,067 UK #2s have been played, and the polls to determine the best song played from a shortlist of those in each session has determined the 25 songs above as the winners. Now we are looking to find the ultimate winner!

In this semi-final, please vote for your favourite song from each group of 5 weekly sessions. There's a null vote option in each group if you either don't know or like any of the songs in it, or can't bring yourself to pick just one. The two songs with the most votes in each poll in a week's time will progress to a final!

My votes went to The Beach Boys, The Pogues, Robert Miles, Alice Deejay and Hozier - the second of these groups is a bit of a bloodbath!

Gone for The Beach Boys, a-ha, Robert Miles, Justin Timberlake and The Weeknd - 3/5 of those were very clear choices for me but it was tough to pick between Justin/Gorillaz and basically all of the options in poll 2 (Greg Lake is the weak link but still great, the others are all absolute classics!)

What's the second 'Take On Me' meant to be? Not sure what the 'boring' choice for that poll is!

Beach Boys - God Only Knows. Like 'Let It Be' & 'Downtown' as well.
Greg Lake for option two but like all there. 'Vienna' a very close 2nd.
Robert Miles - Children
Sophie Ellis Bextor - Murder On The Dancefloor
Sam Sparro - Black and Gold (with Take That 2nd - one of their best defo and then Sam 3rd)!

Every song having at least one vote after just 18 votes! (surprised I'm the only vote for 'Cry Me A River' so far)

1-5: God Only Knows
6-10: Take on Me (All extremely close though, I'm trying not to get too influenced by the time of year though!)
11-15: Children
16-20: Cry Me a River (could be any of them on a different day!)
21-25: Take Me to Church
