The part of me that's you will never die In second place, it's the second single from the soundtrack. Always Remember Us This Way is about preserving special moments together and having that as the lasting memory of a relationship. Ally performs it in front of a huge crowd in the film, after Jackson tells her to "always remember us this way" and it's an important moment as it becomes locked as one of the peaks of their love. The song is her signature, just like 'Maybe It's Time' is to Jackson and it did well as the soundtrack's second single, also becoming the second song to be nominated for a Grammy! But winning it all, was there ever any doubt? Shallow has gone on to become arguably, Gaga's biggest ever song. The soundtrack's lead single, it is prominent throughout the film, being heard three times during it. Most significantly, it is when Jackson invites Ally onto the stage and she experiences her first moment of fame and stardom. Not only has the song become a humongous seller, it is also one of the most awarded songs in history, winning pretty much any and every major award. This includes Academy Awards, Golden Globes, BAFTAs and Grammys. The performance of the song in the film launches Ally's career, and in a way, it has also relaunched Gaga's career, at least in terms of commercial success. Gaga described the song as a pivotal moment in the film, and I think looking back, we will consider it as a pivotal moment in her career too; one where she outdid all expectations and further cemented her mark in the history books. Are you happy in this modern world? 01. Shallow [17 votes to win / 70.83%] 02. Always Remember Us This Way 03. I'll Never Love Again [11 votes | 73.33%] 04. Is That Alright? [6 votes | 60.00%] 05. Look What I Found [7 votes / 63.64%] 06. Why Did You Do That? [11 votes / 61.11%] 07. Hair Body Face [6 votes / 50.00%] 08. Maybe It's Time [7 votes / 41.18%] 09. I wanted 'Always Remember' to win SO bad I can't complain. Obviously 'Shallow' is a modern day classic and will go down in history tbh.
That top 4 is just perfect. |

I can't fault the results! It's her biggest hit perhaps ever? Not my favourite from the album, but definitely its signature song <3

So I've decided the fact 'Heal Me' is so low is an absolute travesty x
