Pete's Chart Commentary
Another classic week here, the Top 5 being pretty stagnant whilst all hell breaks loose below. Mike's Song does break the record for the most weeks at #1 though, a fitting tribute to their late bandmate. Passion Pit/Galantis continnue to climb, whilst last week's newies from Badflower and Keane enter the Top 10 - they both leapfrog the Kaisers who can only get #11.

Walking On Cars released their album this week, and it's the first proper contender for Album of the Year so far. Four album tracks crack the Top 40, whilst their last single Too Emotional rebounds 30 or so places, and a fifth song enters lower down in the Top 100. New entries from The Knocks and The Kooks (annoyingly similar names) and a barrage of BJSC tracks crack the chart as well. Also climbing into the Top 40 is AURORA with one of her two recent singles, The River (the other will enter rather high next week) and Christian artist Martin Smith with his powerful track Iron Lung.
