well, you know, it depends on so many factors and things, especially the mood plays such a big role there. I'm not quite sure if my sorting will work in any cases but i'll try my best. I would also separate hardstyle and bigroom house as they're completely different, more than that - their mixing was kinda random thing, surprisingly popular one.
+18 Trance +17 Dubstep/Drumstep +16 Progressive House (unfortunately the concept of prog house became so wide these days so i prefer this stuff like 10-yrs-old or something) +15 Hardstyle/Big room house +14 Drum and Bass +13 Trap/Snap +12 Deep House +11 Electro swing +10 Future Bass +9 Funky/Disco House +8 2 step Garage +7 Eurodance +6 Electro House +5 Tropical House +4 Minimal/Bassline/Tech house +3 Bassline Garage +2 Jersey Club +1 Breakbeat/Florida breaks This post has been edited by djgrafdemon: Nov 12 2016, 10:02 PM |

Yes trance seems to be a popular one.
Some hardstyle and big room is similar eg Tremor would sound a lot like a hardstyle track. What I mean by hardstyle/big room are the harder forms of dance. |

Well I like mostly all types of house. Yes I wonder why house music has stayed popular for so.long, since 1987. I know other things like trance, dubstep and drum and bass (and probably future bass too) have their golden periods in the charts but it always seems to be house that seems to come back again after in some form. |
