Yep. The chart at the top is the compilation of all the charts posted last week and every Thursday it gets posted in a new thread. All you have to do is post your top 10/20/30/40 or whatever you want each week in the new thread that gets created.

You could either download last FM since its free to use and download or make up your chart based on how you feel about the songs at that point.

You can listen to your music on anything that you have last FM installed on. Your phone for instance or your IPod or your computer.
