Let's go! cheeseblock.png It's exciting to think about what a Britney album in 2024 would sound like. Fingers crossed that Charli works some magic for Britney because there's great potential for pop excellence!

Omg omg! Nicholas is pretty reliable!

Apparently nothing has been recorded yet but it is very early days and they are trying to shape things up.

Told you so, told you so!!! She retired AND every album after My Prerogative isn't really a Britney album, as I said all along. They were albums forced on her, in which she had no control.

Glory was her baby, that is clear. She absolutely loved that project and it is clear she loved Blackout.

Imagine saying everything after MP isn't a 'Britney' album.

Funny that… considering both Blackout & Glory were spoken of in her book as albums that she loved.

Yup, thqt's what I'm saying!! They FOECED her to do everyrhing else and just handed her stuff to TALK!!! over and making her go to studios. Compare ANYTHING after MP with anything from before, and it's clear what is her and what isn't.

Sorry but you’re literally saying any old rubbish. She’s expressed on numerous occasions her love for those two albums.

She was heavily involved in Glory.

If this is the way it is then it’s understandable. As much as I’d love new music from Britney I’m ok with her decision. She has given us some great songs over the past 20th years.

For starters, Blackout was released before the conservatorship. It may have coincided with difficulties in her personal life, but regardless, that album is unarguably the one she had most control and input into as a whole project. It’s her vision. She was the executive producer! She’s still super passionate about it.

The conservatorship years weren’t consistent in how each album was handled, or how Britney herself came across in relation to her levels of passion about each album. You can see a distinct difference between her across Circus, Femme Fatale, Britney Jean and Glory. Britney was very engaged in the Glory era, she wasn’t checked out like Britney Jean or going through the motions like Femme Fatale. She was proud of Glory when it was new and she still now holds it in high regard. Even if she was “given” songs for that album, clearly she connected with them! Karen Kwak was an excellent Executive Producer, she completely understood the assignment.

As for Britney’s Instagram shutting things down… personally I’m taking that with a slight pinch of salt. I feel like there’s no smoke without fire. Time will tell!

100% expect Britney never to tour again or do the promo circuit, but find it hard to believe she would never put out new music. Hold Me Closer showed she is happy to get involved in a project that excites her and seemed very proud of that (unlike the limited comments she has made about Mind Your Business).

Hopefully she will have the bug again in a few years to put something out, but at least she is enjoying songwriting currently. Maybe she’ll write something that she won’t want to give away.

Britney will never tour.
I don't forsee any music releases either apart from new greatest Hits or her songs used as samples with her getting a credit on the releases.

I’d really like it if her region exclusive tracks could be made available on streaming worldwide.

Songs like Amnesia, Quicksand, Trouble etc.

I’m sure there’s a few more.
