This is the moment you've all been waiting for...my top 20 Gaga songs EVER!
I'll be counting my top 20 down first, and then Kathryn and hopefully HoesofBanghea too will follow suit after I'm finished. I'm going to just pay tribute to one amazing track which just missed out... Dope Such an emotional song, and it's really great to hear the rawness in Gaga's voice. This song gets a lot of undeserved hate, but I feel it's a very relatable and emotional song which I just adore. Unfortunately it just missed out, but it has a special place in my heart to deserve this mention. The top 20 begins shortly... |

20. Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)
"He wore black and I wore white!" This cover is absolutely stunning and by far the best thing to result from the 'Cheek To Cheek' era. I don't think she's looked or sounded any better in her whole career. I'm gutted they didn't try to give it a commercial push, but I think it could've been at least a minor hit. This is easily by favourite version of the song, including the original, because she just takes it to another level. Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of JazzGa, I'm glad she did the 'Cheek to Cheek' era for this song. Just amazing! Absolutely smashed it - when will Katy Perry? |

Bang Bang is almost on a par with Cher's version tbh. FAB.

Oof I've seen this lurking on your personal chart April. The live version is f***ing stunning and the versions she's done at artRAVE, she should've pushed it as a single imo instead of 'Anything Goes' with maybe Tony doing a line or two. 'Bang Bang' and the Parov Stellar Mix of 'I Can't Give You Anything But Love' are the most smashing from the Cheek to Cheek era for me~
Predicting 'Bloody Mary' to be at least top 5 for yew~ |

19. G.U.Y.
"Touch me, touch me, don't be shy!" THE best buzz single ever! It's such a shame this wasn't a bigger hit because it's easily one of the most commercial songs from ARTPOP and the video was so amazing. The song is full of so many moments, and it remains one of the best recent songs from Gaga. Such a party anthem, and had the potential to be another big hit for her. Plus the video is ICONEK. |

G.U.Y has really grown on me recently.
I feel inspired to do my own Gaga top 20 sometime. |

G.U.Y was definitely one of the better choices for a 3rd ARTPOP single, obviously Gypsy was screaming for it but
I agree it was very commercial. It's a shame it wasn't bigger, it sounds like a hit more than most of the ARTPOP tracks so it could/should have been at least as big as DWUW I think. |

18. Monster
"He's a wolf in disguise..." The first of a number of tracks from 'The Fame Monster' EP appears - and this is an absolute JAM! It has started to sound a little dated, but it remains catchy, slightly haunting and an important element of her strongest collection of songs she's ever released. It probably would've been a very bit hit if she decided to release it as a single, but so could most of the EP. Plus it has the iconic return of the "ma ma ma maa" line from "Poker Face". |

G.U.Y. has regrown on me recently too. After being upset about it flopping i stopped listening, but since learning that it was in fact a buzz single i am loving it again now ()
Monster is still one of MANY 10/10 moments on that EP |

17. Venus
"Take me to your planet, take me to your penis!" GARDEN PANTY...PENIS. IN YOUR BEDROOM...PENIS. GET WITH ME...PENIS. I can't help the way I'm feeling, goddess of love please take me to your 'leader'. WHEN YOU f*** ME I DIE, JUST A LITTLE INSIDE...I WONDER IF THIS COULD BE LOVE, THIS COULD BE LOVE. |

16. Judas
"In the most biblical sense, I am beyond repentance!" I bloody stanned for this at the time, but unfortunately it hasn't stood the test of time as well as some of her other songs. It's a shame this was a relative flop for her because it's actually a little earworm and such a good little jam. |

15. Speechless
"Is your punchline just a joke?" Another very strong track from The Fame Monster EP. I just love this song because it was the first time we saw Gaga truly stripped back and speaking about an emotional subject in her songs. The middle 8 is by far my favourite bit of the song, and I especially love the final pre-chorus when the song completely slows down. It was such a special moment when she performed this for The Queen at The Royal Variety Performance too! |

'Speechless' is my mom's fave Gaga song. So underraated, it really pains me to hear when fans say Gaga has done shitty ballads when we have masterpieces like 'Speechless', 'Brown Eyes' and 'You and I' <3
