Yvie had no place in the top 3 this episode - she had one decent look AND this challenge was made for her, she should’ve delivered a lot more
Well deserved win from Brooke as her first 2 were amazing but Plastique made the better look so maybe that should be worth more? |

Ok the judging was kind of all over the place this week... Brooke winning I can kind of see because I feel like she had three consistent very good looks (like 7-8/10s), whereas Yvie missed the mark on the last one, but Brooke didn't have the wow that Yvie had with her first two, especially the dinosaur look which I adored beyond words!!! I'd have probably had Scarlett or maybe even Nina top over Plastique, it was nice to see her to do something different visually but Michelle nailed it, her personality and the way she presents it is still just "pretty" and always the same which I'm getting a bit bored of, it's not necessarily just the looks she was bringing. Vanjie is similar, even when she changes it up (admittedly hardly ever x), she presents it with the same vibe and it gets boring and predictable. Brooke and Yvie have a way of varying their looks and their attitude to go with them that just pretty much always works and that's why they're on another level for me in terms of the competition.
The bottom however.. I'm actually baffled as to how Silky avoided that  I thought all the looks were pretty awful, at least Shuga's second one was great and for all 3 she had an idea there that she tried to put across, and I think going for it and just missing the mark a bit is better than Silky pretty much flat out refusing to stray from her usual because she thinks her basic pageant make-up and basic pageant gowns can NEVER be wrong. She's just unbearable at this point to the extent where I don't want to even see her on screen (I thought it was vile how she was scowling at the judges praising Yvie) and it's been a good few years since I felt that about a queen in a normal season :/ Silky 100% should have joined Ariel in the bottom but it feels like production have decided she's a frontrunner without anything to really back it up. I thought she might have started having a journey and cooling down and becoming a bit more likable or relatable, and she still might, but for now she's a massive firm no.The FPR thread is going to take some doing this week but I've got a lot to say  Also, next week looks like the most boring kind of challenge

Even though I really like her Plastique's personality doesn't really shine on the runway AT ALL. I find it so sad as she has everything to be the frontrunner of this whole thing! If only she did something truly OTT and extraordinary, doesn't matter if it worked or not, it would've been beyond refreshing.
I hope she makes it through the next challenge (or two) to make it to Snatch Game. I feel it might be her moment to shine. |

I swear like most the queens struggled with this challenge. Only one or two queens managed to pull off one or two the looks and completely botch the others. I was actually impressed that Plastique managed to create a monster. The Grim Reaper look left me for dead even if the other two looks were classique Plastique. And why weren’t Scarlet & Nina amongst the top looks? The former especially, she didn’t come to play, she came to slay! And Nina’s theatrics really sold her looks.
Brooke’s looks were great but what really got her the win was both the variety and consistency of her looks. Shuga had the variety but no consistency. I... expected Ariel to go home. Every look just looked monotone and none of them really stood out as monster-ish. Like she could have turned her mermaid into a bloody siren or something, make it look like Ariel straight out of the ship graveyard, there was NOTHING. A’keria is another one who’s been sticking out as “too safe”. I remember her poker face look, but don’t remember much else she’s done. Silky was one that I expected to be bottom as well. Am I the only one who both felt bad and laughed when Ariel ate it during the lip sync? |

Just catching up on the last couple weeks.
I thought the Trump Rusical episode was good. It wasn't particularly funny though. I didn't think Silky should've won - I thought Yvie did a lot better. For the latest epsiode, I found it a little disappointing? None of the looks really blew me away as such. Yvie disappointed me the most, as I was expecting big things from her. Whilst her first look was great/fun and second look decent, her third wasn't good at all. I don't think she should've been in the top. I also don't think Plastique should've been in the top. Her looks were executed well, but they didn't really wow me? I thought Scarlet/Nina should've been in the top with Brook Lynn. Nina pleasantly surprised me and I thought her MILF look was really good and my favourite one of the category. Brook really shone though with the way she displayed her looks on the runway and thought she was the right winner. In terms of the bottom, it should've been Ariel vs Silky. Both were very pretty and not monster at all. Shuga at least tried and her witch outfit was really good and much better than anything Ariel/Silky presented. Not sad to see Ariel go, she was starting to bore me. Hopefully Shuga can pick it up next week! |

Scarlet, Nina and Brooke were my top three (in that order) with Plastique a close 4th.
In terms of bottom, definitely should have been Ariel v Silky, with Akeria also in the bottom three (I found her looks very pedestrian). |

Plastique and Nina absolutely SLAYED this week for me. Brooke probably 3rd. And then should've been Silky vs Ariel bottom 2 (Shuga's Witch Please look was such a favourite of mine).

Honestly the last 2 episodes have been dire for me, so boring. No one really brought it this week and some of the worst looks I've ever seen. Really hope they pick the pace back up this week cause episode 1 and 2 were good and episode 3 had one of the funniest main challenges ever with the winning team and the drama of all of the other team in the bottom.

I've rewatched the lip sync of Ariel vs Shuga again today and forgot how funny Ariel's dance moves into the fall was. The dance moves were so out of place and awkward and then she fell right after.
Honestly one of the funniest things I've seen in a lip sync.
