Well at least Solitaire didn't come last! Second to last is still much lower than it deserved of course :'(
Pretty confident my two next favourites (I'm a Ruin and Froot) will do considerably better! |

I know a little too much, but I'll never tell #8 Better Than That Average Score: 7.6 I’d probably say I went through the biggest change of heart with this track. On an album that I appreciate for being so cohesive and at peace with its overall tone and moods, I felt as though 'Better Than That' stuck out for the wrong reasons. The message seemed rather petty and childish, especially if it is indeed about who it is heavily rumoured to be…*ahem* Saying that, it’s grown on me immensely, and I’ve had it on repeat the past week, I now find it quite anthemic and even relatable (to a point). It’s scaling my all time Marina songs on a daily basis, the bridge is especially fantastic. Buzzjack’s reaction to the song ranged from positive to lukewarm, with a few polarising scores including the 2nd of 3 -1s to be given so far in the rate, this time from Mackenzie. Better Than That has a sensational middle 8 but the rest of the song doesn't quite live up. A 7/10, shouldn't be ahead of the songs it is.

I’ve sat with this song for a while, since it was Marina’s 3rd Froot-of-the-month back at the very start of 2015, unfortunately, it’s the only song off Froot, yet to hit me in any way. That’s not to say that this is the majority’s opinion, as it’s done admirably in the rate, very nearly managing an average of 8. I know Heezus majorly stans for this song, and it seems popular with other users too but it also received quite a few average scores.
