1 | Quote a line said by Éowyn from The Lord of the Rings. [5] “Courage Merry, courage for our friends” (Regina, Harry, Alex!, Dannyboy, Chez, Jahq) [2] “I am no man!” (Iz, lotti, tim) [2] “The city has fallen silent. There is no warmth left in the sun” (Memebury, Oliver, UV) [1] “I will kill you if you touch him!” (SamJudd, Josh) [1] "The women of this country learned long ago, those without swords can still die upon them. I fear neither death nor pain." (Jade, Jonjo) First question and everyone has scored at least a point. Éowyn is my favourite character from the movies as everyone should know by now and has some of the best lines. Top answer goes to my personal favourite, a really touching quote she says to hobbit Merry when they sneak into battle. Oddly, a (rather beautiful) line from the extended version gets a few points and her most iconic line ends up with the same score. |

Aww, I love 'courage for our friends' (especially as Merry is best hobbit) but I thought people would remember her stabbing the Witch-king down more.
God all those lines are giving me serious nostalgia love. |

2 | Name a movie starring Dominic Cooper based off a piece of literature. [4] The History Boys (Iz, Alex!, Dannyboy, Chez, lotti) [3] Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (Memebury, Josh, Oliver, tim) [1] Captain America: The First Avenger (Regina, Jade) [1] The Duchess (SamJudd, Jahq) [0] Starter for 10 (Harry) [0] My Week With Marilyn (Jonjo) [0] Dracula Untold (UV) Technically, a play is not a piece of literature IMO, they have scripts like movies, but I let you off on this one. Cause I'm so nice. Dominic has been in a whole bunch of movies based on books and comics. The History Boys leads the pack with, oddly enough, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, in second. Yes this was a real book. Captain America gets a point for me and alas Celine, Dracula Untold isn't based on the story of Dracula but is a made up tale, sorry. I did wonder if The History Boys would be technically incorrect but I didn't have anything based off a book that seemed more obvious and I figured a wrong answer wouldn't hurt (also I have a book of it, albeit in script form somewhere in my house). Amazing story though <3

I studied plays as part of English Literature so I figured it would be OK~ (I haven't seen that film, but the play was wonderful <3)

3 | Name one of the powers used by any of the main characters in The Covenant. [10] Psychokinesis/Telekinesis (Regina, Jade, Memebury, SamJudd, Josh, Chez, lotti, tim, Jahq, Iz, Oliver) [2] Levitation (Harry, Dannyboy, Jonjo) [0] Pyrokinesis (Alex!) [0] The power (UV) This movie is so bad but so good. Imagine a bunch of frat boys mixed with The Craft and some bad special effects. The main characters all have weird powers and the most popular one here is Psychokinesis also known as Telekinesis. Celine posted a really long ass thing about The Power and turning your eyes black, I think it's right, but again no points for you. |
