Hello,
The Management team (GMs and admins) is having a reshuffle, with each section of the forum being given a GM or admin who is responsible for them. The idea is that the GM will work closely with the moderators within their section to ensure the site is being properly managed and members, mods and forums looked after efficiently. The site has become very large very quickly, and this is an attempt to better manage the site as a whole. From now on, if there are any issues that moderators and members wish to raise with management, they are asked to contact the appropriate GM (or admin) for the section. The idea is that there is a tighter link between mods, management and members to make everyone's experience much better. If you have something a moderator can deal with, they are still your first port-of-call. The sections are as follows:

Will there be anything to help us remember which GM deals with which section (like the moderators are listed on the main forum page next to their forum) or have we just got to try and memorise/check this thread for reference if needed?

A lot of my complaints and concerns directly involve Shoat, will I be able to approach one of the other GMs or admin in these circumstances?

You are asked to contact the appropriate GM, and I will respond by apologising profusely for doing a Miku and deleting you, the Lounge, and a small third world country. |
