21. Get It Started (Ft Pitbull)

Avg: 4.172

Highest Rates: (8) (Regina, JosephStyles, Dobbo, Kellyann)

Lowest Rates: (-1) (O' Mie d'Bandit, Heezus) (0) (Jsily, Aled, Chris ***)

At #21 in bottom place is "Get It Started" featuring Pitbull and taken from his 7th album Global Warning and released in June 2012 as the album's second single. This also marks the third time they have collaborated together, others being the Spanish remix of "Did It Again" and the English version of "Rabosia". Not many people on this rate thought very highly of this track with six -1's and 0's, plus 13 other low rates that range 5 and below. The highest it gained was 8 and it's just one of 3 singles not to gain a 10. Worldwide it charted best in Hungary at #2 and top 10 in Czech Republic. In other countries it managed top 20 peaks in South Korea, Finland, Spain, Austria and Slovakia. Along with top 40 peaks in Brazil, Australia, Germany and Swiss. In the UK and USA it made small dents on the charts at #64 and #89 respectably.

20. Give It Up To Me (Ft Lil Wayne)

Avg: 5.125

Highest Rates: (9.5) (Nick F1)

Lowest Rates: (0) (***)

At #20 is the first of the album singles to drop out. "Give It Up To Me" released in October 2009 and featuring rapper Lil Wayne and taken as the 3rd single from her 3rd English studio album She Wolf. Originally this track was to feature Timbaland and was supposed to be included on his album Shock Value II, then his verse was replaced by Flo Rida, but that fell through and he again got replaced by Lil Wayne and due to it's last minute collaboration, the album was delayed in the USA. It was released as the album's 2nd single in the USA where it peaked at #29, then released in selected countries such as Canada and Australia, where it also made top 40 as well.

18. Addicted To You

Avg: 6

Highest Rates: (10) (O' Mie d Bandit)

Lowest Rates: (3) (***)

At #18 is another Sale El Sol era single to drop, released in March 2012 as the 5th and final single and despite having an English title, the song is sung entirely in Spanish and marks the first time that Shakira uses Reggaeton in her music. The track became another success for her by topping the charts in Mexico and reaching top 20 in Spain, France and Belgium. In the USA despite not denting the US Billboard Top 100 it did well on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs at #9 and hitting #3 on the Latin Pop Airplay and Tropical Songs chart. 16. The One

Avg: 6.689

Highest Rates: (9) (Nick F1, Luk, Kellyann, chris, gooddelta)

Lowest Rates: (4) (Conderella)

At #16 is "The One" released in June 2002 as the 4th and final single from her first English studio album Laundry Service. It wasn't released in the USA because of the underperformance of previous single "Objection (Tango)" and in the UK it failed to chart. In other countries it didn't fare as well as the album's previous singles by not charting top 10 anywhere, but did manage top 20 peaks in France, Australia, Swiss and Italy. While charting top 40 in Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and New Zealand. Despite not scoring any 10's, it did manage several 9's and 10 other high rates, but mainly average and lower rates.

'Give It Up to Me' far too low! sad.gif 'Hips Don't Lie' is the best thing she's ever done though, so that to win! Failing that, 'Whenever, Wherever' <3

'Gypsy' is stunning, one of her more understated efforts. Wonderful instrumentation, too! I remember being gutted that it didn't chart, especially as I used to see the music video all the time!

I like 'Did It Again', I probably would have gone for 'Men In This Town' instead in hindsight but it's an enjoyable and catchy track (and who can forget those sexual noises? ohmy.gif )

13. Loca (Ft Dizzee Rascal/El Cata)

Avg: 7.166

Highest Rates: 11 (AdamAloud) 10 (Niall Minogue, JosephStyles, Jsily, Luciano, Conderella)

Lowest Rates: -1 (Ultraviolence)

At #13 is "Loca" which was certain for a top 10 placing on this rate with several high scores including a 11, five 10's, three 9's and six 8's, but the scores slowed down about half way through with a couple of average and low scores, including 4 scores under 5 and quite a few 6's. Released in September 2010 as the lead single from her 7th album Sale El Sol, making this the last of that era's singles to feature in this countdown. The Spanish version of this song features El Cata, while the English version features British rapper Dizzee Rascal and both of which features on the album. The single mainly the English version became a smash hit selling over 5 Million copies worldwide and topped the charts in Belgium, Czech Republic,Italy,Spain and Swiss. As well as top 10 in Austria, France, Slovakia, Hungary and Germany. Top 20 peaks in Finland, Denmark and Sweden and top 40 in USA and Canada. Despite it's success worldwide the UK release got cancelled, despite constant TV airplay, which was a shame coz with the right push it should have smashed the charts, and definately ranks as one of her finer moments.
