Wow, I guess I'm defied. It's real good though so I'm happy. A good start, Norway.

Oooh that song is really good! It needs a lil' more oomph, but it is very promising

That could quite easily be another televote top five for Norway.

That NEEDS to go through, the easy stand-out from this bunch. "How About Mars?" is alright but the other two are trash.

That Solli-Tangen drivel will probably win the whole thing.

Rein through *.* That's two for two on the qualifiers, shame about the two auto qualifiers so far.

Viking Daddy sending all his twinks into war gave me a moderate amount of life.
I don't know if Norway have big German energy but I'm minded to think that the winner will come from the Semi qualifiers as an underdog narrative so I'm keeping my ears peeled on the next three weeks. |

That Solli-Tangen drivel will probably win the whole thing. As much as a travesty as that would be when we already have Raylee and Rein in the final and whatever else is to come in the next three shows, plus Tone who I have high hopes for...I have to say that I prefer it to “My Heart Is Yours”. So that’s something I think Rein could do very well for Norway as “Higher Ground” and “Spirit in the Sky” both show that the public have an appetite for something that’s a bit traditional Nordic. |

The names for next week's Mid-Norway semi:
Alexandru - Pink Jacket Sie Gubba - Kjære du Thomas Løseth ft. Erika Norwich - Vertigo Kristin Husøy - Pray For Me Alexandru was a member of Suite 16 from a few years ago so is probably the chosen one to supply this year's MGP twink quotient. |

Definitely the strongest selection overall so far, I'd be happy with any except Sie Gubba getting the ticket to the final! If pushed, I think "Vertigo" was my favourite on first listen..

'Som du er' is very bland and forgettable. Can't help it, but Sie Gubba will be the highlight of this semi final.
