Spain have revealed the 13 acts and 17 songs that will compete to be selected as their entry next month.

Alba – “¿Qué será luego?” (What will be next?)
Carlos Right – “Se te nota” (It shows/Everyone can tell)
Carlos Right – “Nunca fui” (I was never)
Damion – “Sale” (It comes out)
Famous – “No puedo más” (I can’t anymore)
Joan and Marilia – “A tu lado” (By your side)
Julia – “¿Qué quieres que haga?” (What do you want me to do?)
María – “Muérdeme” (Bite me)
Marilia – “Todo bien” (All good)
Marta – “Vuelve” (Come back)
Miki – “La venda” (The blindfold)
Miki – “El equilibrio” (The equilibrium)
Miki and Natalia – “Nadie se salva” (Nobody’s safe)
Natalia – “La clave” (The key)
Noelia – “Hoy vuelvo a reir otra vez” (I’m laughing again today)
Sabela – “Dímelo de frente” (Say it to me directly)
Sabela – “Hoy soñaré” (I’ll dream today)

One minute clips of each song will be available from next Thursday

I think the translation could've been better. Knowing how Operación Triunfo works I think it's more of a "I used to be heartbroken and shit but now I learned how to laugh again etc." ballad.

The one minute demos are out and sounds like Pavel hit the nail on the head laugh.gif

Famous won the main part of Operacion Triunfo last night, with Alba coming a very close second and Natalia in third but the actual entrant/entry will be chosen during a Eurovision gala show next month.

The top 3 from the online voting (running until January 2nd) will progress to the Eurovision gala, plus a further seven songs selected by a jury.

So that song and nine others are going to be competing in a special episode of OT on Sunday 20th January (starting time of 22:05 CET on a school night y'all) which will be 100% televoting.

Maria remains the favourite but she, in the Lo Malo tradition, allegedly hates the song and doesn't want to go to Eurovision. But will the power of The Spanish Euroloons be too much for her to suppress?

This is actually a bop and loads better than Maria for me. With good staging and a kind enough draw I could see it achieving their best result since Ruth.
